Very disappointed with ECVA. Called them in Aug.2015 about my grandsons (he is 15 yrs old) broken glasses.(he is on SSI) They checked his insurance and told me he was covered… I received a bill yesterday (5 months later) for $ 80 saying he wasn’t eligible for coverage, but will give me a medical courtesy and he will only have to pay $ 70 of the $ 150. plus they are charging him an extra $ 10 for being late! We will not be returning here! The insurance company informed him he could have received a free pair of frames on his insurance instead! Check your insurance before going to this place! When I called them about this I was told it was unfortunate!
