No, this is not your most modern Kroger. However, the people in the store go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. This, among other things, is the main reason I always shop here versus going to other stores(aka Wal-Mart). Their produce is fresh, and if there is something you’d prefer to have from the back, the people from the produce section are always happy to check for you. The deli and bakery are also wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about the pharmacy, who cares for each customer like they are family. The only reason for my rating of 4 out of 5 is because of the somewhat more limited variety of products. But, much of it cannot be helped due to the size limitations of the store itself. The newest addition of gasoline(and the discount from points) makes Kroger highly competitive in this aspect as well. I would take this wonderful, local store over any super-sized Kroger any day!

It wasn’t that bad as I thought, but this store is falling behind upon how Kroger’s are supposed to be today, the waiting area are embarrassingly crowded and the store seems run down. If Kmart was still open next door, I would go to that store instead of this place.

I only shop here if I HAVE to. Store is old and outdated. Front door is to small and impossible to get in and out on busy days. The employees are getting a lil better. I use to not go at all because the produce guy would follow me around and stare at me constantly. Very creepy. Go shop at Aldi or Save a lot if you can!

This door looks very outdated. It definitely needs a remodel. Aldi and Winco are my favorites.

I don’t really have much nice to say about this Kroger except that I guess I’ve never been robbed there, but that’s a pretty low bar. They have the basics, and I’m sure it will fill the needs of any family that lives nearby. Beyond that, though, there’s nothing great about it. They are often missing things that I consider pretty basic, like baguettes/french bread. I just really don’t care for this store, we only go here when it’s on the way home, and sometimes we have to stop at another grocery store to finish our trip which ruins the convenience.

Some old problems at this Kroger as I listed in the previous review, but at least I’ve been lucky enough to catch an open express cashier the last few times. The reason I’ve added this update it to mention the awesome Salvation Army guy in front of the store. I gave whatever loose change I had in my pocket at the time and the guy replied, «Why did the cow wear a bell?» I was like, «What? :D» He said it again and I repeated it back to hear, «Because his horns didn’t work.» OMG, I snicker and thank him for the joke but suddenly I hear, «What do you call a cow laying on it’s belly?» Once again, I repeat the question back to hear, «Ground beef» ROFL. I know it’s corny, but it’s so funny how absurd it is that this guy just leaps into cow jokes like he was. Anyhow, he made my day and I just wanted to share the experience.
