They do a great job. My frustration with them is that if you want to be under contract with them where they automatically come out and service your trees two or three times per year than they have to bill you EVERY month. I don’t want 12 separate charges on my credit card for 2 or 3 services per year. And if you are not «under contract, when you call to schedule a service they will tell you they are doing their «contract» clients first and you have to wait. Unfortunately, I forgot to call until mid June but the good news is they are done with all their «contract» clients so I can get right in. They need to change their billing practice.

First of all, there are a lot of bad tree care companies out there that will tell you your trees need care that they don’t and charge you a fortune for it. J Davis Tree Care is not one of those companies! Billy came out to look at a tree that had died on our property (we were worried that it was disease that would claim our other trees) and gave us an honest assessment that did NOT cost us! He gave us a great education on our tree health and, since they did not have to do any work, did not charge us. We will DEFINITELY use them when we need to have our trees pruned or removed. Good, honest people who know their business!
