Great and friendly staff. Old school Braums. That I use to remember as a kid. Will be back for sure when I’m on this side of town.

Poor customer service. I just sat and argued with the manager because she told me that they were unable to add vegetables to my hamburger unless I picked a different meal number that included it already. Ok?

This is one of the busy Braum’s in the area. They seem to always have a crowd, but they get everyone in and out very quickly. Ice Cream is always fresh and their scoop sizes are consistent. They have some young staff that seem to be trained well. My family loves coming here for a late night ice cream pick up.

I just moved to this section of town, so this will be my new neighborhood Braums. I’ve been here several times, and every time the food is up to Braums typical fast food fresh standard. Unfortunately during this visit burgers were cold, and the gravy was runny. Service was good. And, I’m a lifetime fan of the Braums burger. It will take more than one bad day to garner a really bad review of a Braums from me. So, three stars for now, and we will see next time.

I accept Braums for what it is: a fast food joint with a few extra unusual tidbits thrown in for good measure. Their atmosphere is basic and a bit bland. I don’t go to Braums for atmosphere. The appeal of Braums is in their almost strange mixture of what a person can purchase packed tightly in what appears to be a simple standard fast food restaurant. Add in ice cream as good as Blue Bell, and there you have it. I’m not sure I would have ever thought of combining a miniature convenience store with a Baskin-Robbins, add in a good hamburger joint, putting it in a blender, and then pushing the stir it up button. That is Braum’s in a nutshell. I would suggest to you that Braums strongest appeal is their dairy products, quality dairy products. Really delicious ice cream and wholesome delicious milk. All custom made. Did I mention that they have really good malts and shakes? Oh my gosh, get you a small Braums butter brickle malt with extra malt. It doesn’t get much better than that! Their hamburgers and onion rings are as good as any fast food restaurant I’ve been to, perhaps better than most. They are similar to a Whataburger in that they don’t precook your food and keep it sitting around for your fast convenience. Once you place your order, you will have to sit down for a bit and allow them to cook your food. I think this is a major plus. My wife and I recently went to a Braums on a Saturday night at 10:30PM approximately. The place was jam packed. It is hard to believe that they could be that busy with people of all ages, from kids to adults, and such a cultural cross-section of the best of Fort Worth. Indeed this was the case. Despite the hectic atmosphere, every employee smiled at us and came across as if they liked being at work. The youngster that rang us up was wearing some kind of dairy product. What I mean, is he was literally wearing on his clothing a shake or malt. I looked at him and said«malt:1, you:0». He burst out laughing and shared how the shake slipped off the old style blender and he lost the battle with the cow in the cup. Old fashioned homemade shakes can explode off the hand activated blender. I worked at a Baskin Robbins for two years as a young man and will attest to the power of a spinning blender. I was tempted to give Braums a three star rating primarily due to lack of cleanliness based on this one visit alone, but I had to think back across my many visits. I am not sure any restaurant could keep up with the amount of people that were filing in and out, at every table, standing around, sitting outside at the homespun picnic tables, and keep up with it at that exact moment. There were many employees and they were all very busy. If you need a few onions, a banana, and a gallon of milk, some eggs, cheese, basic meats, breads and tortillas, and other such staple items, come on over to a Braums. Oh, don’t forget the delicious ice cream while you’re there. Grab some breakfast or a burger for the family, and go home full, knowing that you’ve just been to an unusual fast food restaurant called Braums.

OMG, I can’t remember the last time I had their Pistachio Almond and to enjoy it on one of their awesome waffle cones was a sorely missed pleasure! Great service even thought they were swamped with customers !!

Food tastes bad, I don’t recommend for the burgers. The ice cream was good. Dining area wasn’t very clean. And staffs attention to detail was poor. They asked if we wanted gravy to dip kids chicken strips in and we said yes. Food comes out and no gravy. So daughter goes to ask for it and they tried to charge her for a side of gravy, but our original checker saw what was happening and did speak up. But they told her we ran out and we will make more and bring it out. 10 minutes goes by and I decided she should probably just eat them without the gravy. As it never did come out. Dairy Queen is better. And that should tell you all you need to know about this place.

This is my personal go to place for sweets and good comfort eats. My girlfriend from California has made this her new ice cream place. Everyone loves Braums!

there never is a wait at the cash register… sometimes they are out of some flavours… but that makes me try different ones… and i am never disapointed with what i get.

Hot fudge sundae made with peppermint ice cream. So good and so inexpensive. The wife loves the chocolate shakes.

Awesome place for ice cream. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I wish we had one in the Austin area.
