I rarely give five stars but for the money, the experience and the education behind the professionals in this office. I couldn’t not give five stars. Yes they will educate you on their products, which only enhance the service you’re going for. I have been an esthetician for over a decade. I was impressed I don’t say that often. Dysport is my new best friend. Less expensive than Botox with the same results! I’m totally going back for juvederm!

Not bad. Women working here are not very friendly but Dysport injections seem to be working well. The worst part is they try to push all of these extra products in you and almost get angry when you say no thank you. Kind of a hole-​in-​the-​wall office, not very nice but like I said, Dysport injections working after about 5 – 6 days (which is normal) and at a good price.

Had an appointment for acupuncture today at 2 pm.
I showed up 20 minutes earlier and was waiting to be called. The receptionist was very unpleasant .
At 2:15 I asked the receptionist what’s the delay for
Again, very unpleasant, said the doctor was busy.
At 2:25 I went again to ask what’s going on, and again, very nasty response, no apologies .
At that point I told her to cancel the appointment. Another lady came, maybe the acupuncture lady or doctor and said nobody notified her that I was out…
All together, nasty and unprofessional treatment.
Thanks god I did not have the pleasure to have them stick needles in my body.

The reason I went to Elit Medspa, and not my regular place, is because I purchased a voucher on
for Dysport.
I ended up paying the same amount, but not even close result and professionalism what I’m used to in the another place (same street!!!) The reception women was very nice, but the doctor was rude, ands he were in such a hurry, I felt like she is kicking me out…
Reading the other reviews, others had same experience who went there with groupon, only those were satisfied, who payed the full, much more expensive price than other quality spas in the same area.
NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Professional, wonderful and sweet doctor Natalia Hedogosh. All my family loves her very much. Very good cosmetologist — Paola. Friendly and helpful staff worked there. Highly recommended for everyone.

I met with Dr. Hegedosh. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I told her that what was bothering is my neck. She gave me an injection which is a neck lift. This injection dissolves the fat and tightens the neck area. My friends saw me the next day and saw the difference already. She said I would not see the full effect until 2 weeks. It has only been a few days and my neck looks amazing. I have recommended her to all my friends and the results so far is her advertisement.

Had a very good experience. The doctor was very nice and made you feel comfortable. I will be back and have already referred a few people to this office.

Love to send my friends to this Medical Spa, Where the Dr is the one in charge of such great service. they have the skin treatments and even the complete vitamins for women. The center is as good as it gets. If you care about your beauty this is the place.

My girlfriend came have two things done, her results were outstanding. They scheduled the procedures far enough between to start seeing results from the initial TT. The expectations that she was given was realistic and she was able to achieve the goal she wanted.
The times that I was there to help her the office seemed to have the worst personal and organization I’ve ever experienced in an a spa. When she scheduled her appointment at 11:00 and wasn’t seen until almost 12:30 it put a damped on things. They were apologetic but not to the extent they should have been. They did a great job but I wouldn’t ever go and nor will she again.

I visited Elite med spa for facial and microdermabrasion. The experience was amazing, staff very welcoming and pleasant, I also purchased some products there and am very satisfied with the results. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

This place is a zoo! I purchased a package for 4 microembrassion treatments on
. When I called for directions, the receptionist told me that she was on another call and that she couldn’t help! As soon as I got there, I was approached by two sales associates and they heavily suggested that I should buy their products. I felt like I was being attacked. Then they made me watch their product video on TV and approached me again with the sales. I felt very uncomfortable and was thinking of leaving this place. However, I had already paid for it and it took me 30 minutes to get there. I told myself that I should give it a chance and be cool with it.
It was a 15 minutes procedure. I got on a bed and an unfriendly lady who performed the procedure immediately started scrubbing my face with a machine. 10 minutes later she was done, and wiped my face off with a paper towel that she took from a sink.
As I was checking out at the front desk, an associate immediately suggested that I should get their products because «the Dr. strongly recommends it and that with the kind of a procedure that I just had, means nothing without using their products»
I told them that I have already been using other products, and I was happy with them. As I was saying this, «the Dr.» walked by, introduced herself and said” Be careful, you could get cancer on your face from using those products!” I was stunned by the remark. This is the perfect example of a company trying to take advantage of Groupon and failing to deliver on their promise.
