Mrs Poliesther Dry Cleaning

The worst service ever. I brought a pair of pants to fix and even though I said I needed done for my work they didn’t have it done. never again. run from this place.

This is absolutely WORST dry cleaner that I have EVER used!!! The owner charged me an outrageous amount when I came in to simply dry clean a few blouses and a couple little dresses. He promised me that it would be worth it and that I would have my clothing back in pristine condition. When I returned to pick up my clothing, 2 of my blouses had big black dye marks all over them. Also, a blouse had a dress had been snagged in several places.
When I went back into the store to talk to the owner and get reimbursed for the cost of the dry cleaning and at least the two blouses that were completely ruined and totally unwearable, the owner was very defensive and unwilling to do anything for me! He refused to refund me money I paid him to ruin my clothing because of the time and effort he put into it! Ha! What a an unprofessional and unethical man!!! He could not care less! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRY CLEANING BUSINESS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHING!!!

Owner is pretty clueless and not very friendly. They don’t even give their customers the courtesy of calling when clothes are ready. When I inquired about this, he became very defensive, «Who told you we call? We don’t call anyone.»
What kind of cleaners don’t even call their customers? Never, ever going back. Too many options to deal with this owner and his lack of professionalism.
