It’s Noodles and Company. it’s the same any and every location you ever go to. the same staff, the same food, the same cleanliness. the same prices. So i guess it’s a sort of comfort food.

I’m a fan of Noodles and normally get Pad Thai or stroganoff with beef. The bowls must have gotten a little bigger because my order had no problem fitting with room to spare. The Mac and Cheese was even smaller and lacked flavor. We will still eat here, maybe not as often.

That Thai soup bowl is outstanding and the Japanese Pan Noodles right up there for taste.

So, this is another business that popped up and I wasn’t quite sure what it was. Noodles? Like mac and cheese, chicken noodle soup, spaghetti? I didn’t get it. And what did the«& Company» mean? It left me intrigued, but since I didn’t really know what it was, I wasn’t about to go in on this alone. Then, I read reviews from other Unilocalers, not just for this location, but several others and kind of got a clue… So, it’s upscale fast food. Better quality and taste than, say, McD’s, but still available for dine in or take out. Oh, and beer. Did I mention that they sell beer here? I saw Riverwest Stein, an IPA and 2 others. I pulled into the lot and it was packed. Now, granted, this restaurant shares the parking lot with a Chipotle and a Starbucks, but the vehicles were all clustered around N&C. I watched other people go in, so I could locate the door. It seemed, to me, to be in an odd place. Once inside, it was packed! I mean, every table full, about 6 people waiting for their food to go and about the same number of people in line ahead of me. I perused the menu and was quite surprised at the offerings. Mac and cheese? Of course! But there were also Italian pasta dishes, Thai, Indonesian annnnnnnnd sandwiches? Yep, sandwiches, with soup! I’ll let you browse their menu(the link is on the right) to see the options, but I chose the Indonesian Peanut Sauté with grilled chicken breast: spicy peanut sauce and rice noodle stir-fry, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Asian sprouts, cilantro, crushed peanuts and lime. If you like spicy(I do!) then this is your dish. For fast food, it was pretty good. The portion was just right and because it was rice noodles, the dish wasn’t as heavy as a spaghetti would have been. The price is not fast food-like at all and for that reason alone, I won’t be eating here much. 43÷2015÷137

Ok I am not a big fan of chain restaurants. I try to eat local when possible. But I have to say, for a quick supper before meetings, Noodles is a block away and a pretty good selection for something a little lighter. the Pad thai is my favorite, i like it spicy so i usually add some Sirachaha sauce. Overall it is a nice, fast, reasonable place to get a meal.

The service has always been alright. Some employees are more pleasant than others, but no one has ever been terrible. They follow a formula, so food from one store is the same as at another. If you’re getting noodles, I recommend the mac’n’cheese with chili on top for a hearty meal. It seems(for me) that even though the name is «noodles» & company, the ratio of noodles vs. the company is too high. That being said, I love to go here after a workout. It’s a chain restaurant. Don’t expect the best meal of your life, but I’d still eat there!

Noodles just added sandwiches to their menu… great idea! This place is always busy but they are usually very quick to take orders and deliver food. My personal favorites are the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, Buttered Noodles and Parmesan, the Meatball Sandwich and the Chicken Noodle Soup. If you want some protein in your pasta, add the parmesan-crusted chicken! I’m not so much a fan of the plain meatballs on the pasta but when you add some marinara sauce, it definitely adds that needed flavor. This is one of the more popular«fast food sit-down» places in Hales Corners. And if you have someone that doesn’t want pasta or sandwiches, a Chipotle and Starbucks are in the same building.
