Moving In
Had a great experience moving in. Got a 10×10 room, they were very accommodating and they had 4 carts and 1 dolly. We used 3 of the carts (the one did not work very well.) The paperwork was quick and we got to moving our stuff into the unit. While we were putting stuff in, we realized that we might not be able to get all of our stuff in there. I went to the front desk and they gave me a number and said if we need it we can use it, if not no worried. The fact she wasn’t trying to charge us for something we weren’t sure we needed was excellent to me. We ended up needing the 5×10 room as well. Finally, we needed locks. Unfortunately you need to use standard locks and we had a gigantic lock that didn’t work. She was closed but still provided us the 2 locks we needed and said we can square the other paperwork and the 2 locks away on Monday. What a great experience. It is secure and it is air conditioned. Would recommend them completely!
