Eco Smart Pest Control

I would definitely recommend Eco Smart. They were on time and very professional and highly informed about the products. He did a walk through with me to see where the problem areas were inside and outside of the house. And guess what, the ants and roaches are gone!!! And I don’t have to worry about chemicals or any of that junk since its non toxic. Very impressed and would hire them again.

I was happy to see that their product works and it keeps the bugs away for almost 3 months or so. But their service has to be improved. I had an appointment at 2:30, but found that they came and hour early when I wasn’t home. They came on my property and did the job anyway. However, I have small children and don’t want anything that kills anything next to my babies who still suck their thumbs and roll around in the grass outside. I told them on the phone initially I wanted just the perimeter of the property done. They did the house perimeter. Right around where my kids are. I told them I was disappointed and frankly quite upset that they had come on my property without my permission and did a job that I did not approve, and they said too bad, you still owe us. Bad customer service in my opinion.
