Adrianna was our server. She was friendly and attentive. The drinks were well made and the food came out quickly. The food was mediocre. There was not much flavor and the burgers were dry. Great place to watch a game have apps and drink. I would not go for dinner.

Food was exceptional besides the hair we found on our plate which I’m positive came from the waitresses not being required to wear their hair up. When i asked why their hair wasn’t pulled up i was told it’s part of their uniform per corporate rules. Really. I’m pretty sure health code says it should be up or above shoulder length. It’s disgusting.

We love this place, open late and always good food and service. I don’t ever give 5 stars bit they have never let me down no matter what time we stop in.

Previously, I would give this place 4 or 5 stars. We would purposely plan a 2.5 hour drive to Hagerstown to shop and know that we would stop here to eat, because the food was always amazing– until yesterday. They changed the menu (it’s smaller), and apparently they also changed the portion sizes (smaller) and prices (higher). The food we ordered tasted good but there wasn’t much on the plate for the price. When you leave with a $ 42 bill (2 entrees, 1 appetizer, 1 soda, 1 water) and you are still hungry and have a 2.5 hour drive home, you’re bound to be disappointed.

Food is amazing and service is great! me and my husband like going every once in awhile. We always enjoy their food and drinks we sometimes get new waitress so they forget to take emptys with them but even then its still a fantastic restaurant

Wings, wings, wings. They have great wings and tons of beer on tap. A bit pricey but well worth it. They also have tons of tv’s that make it great for game day.

I was so surprised to see a poor rating at this «Breastaurant!» The girls gave excellent customer service with a smile during our visit to the establishment and were super easy on the eyes :) I mean super easy…
BP and I stopped by for dessert and shared a salted caramel cookie a la mode. It was FANTASTIC! The caramel was slightly burned around the edges, but tasted so great with the chewiness of the cookie and the cool and refreshing scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was so decadent… I am glad we shared it, since there was so way I could have eaten it on my own. The other dessert choices were a chocolate chip cookie served with the vanilla ice cream and a brownie a la mode. I am glad we stuck with the salted caramel, I loved the sweet and salty party in my mouth :)
The restaurant was clean and the girls were either speaking to patrons or working (folding cutlery etc). None of the waitresses were just sitting down on their kilted butts and not doing anything or just talking to the other staff members. Each one of the ladies were attentive and super easy on the eyes… Whoops! I already said that! Take my word for it :)

I will NEVER eat here again. I just left and I could not say enough BAD things about this Establishment. My husband and I just went for dinner. We expected a small wait because its Saturday night but they were great and got us right in. Our waitress was very sweet BUT everything else was atrocious. We had a 40 min wait for our order of a double burger w/​fries and an order of fries. Our burger was burnt (asked for medium), had only one Patty instead of two and the fries were chewy. The second order of fries was decent at best. We asked for the burger to be taken off of our bill. The manger couldn’t care less we had a bad order and said «it happens» and dismissed us. We paid $ 12 for a plate of fries and two sodas. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Pretzels, no wait, salty food, nice healthy alternatives (chicken –grilled– sandwich), amazing fries, yummo.
The only draw back is that they do not offered fried pickles as a side, but you can find them as a topping on one of the burgers they offer.
I also found the service attentive (waters were always full) and fun. They are all dressed up and even the men wear kilts.

So a tilted kilt server came onto me offered to take me out to see the spots in Maryland because I’m from out of town. She takes me to her car I put my food in it, run back in to use the restroom and when I come back out she took off… other than that decent food

Another chain restaurant at the mall. Good service. Food same as any other cookie cutter national chain. Nothing special.

The bar service was average at best. The girls look great. No complaints there. But I only had beer which was on the high price side.

«They have a lot of TVs» is an understatement. Tilted Kilt substituted televisions for wallpaper.
We ended up going here because everything else was closed, and we wanted to try their shepherd’s pie. It was decent. We ordered nachos, which had both nacho «cheese» and a little bit of actual cheese on top. We basically could only eat a ring of nachos around the outside, leaving the soaked nacho cheese blob in the center, since everything got soggy and weird real fast. Also got a side caesar salad — way too much dressing.
I was weirded out to see families in this bar/​restaurant since it’s basically a trashier version of Hooters (just using my imagination, though, since I’ve never been to Hooters).

Adequate bar food and just okay. Chain restaurant and standard fair. Sports bar with wait staff in short skirts an little tops if that’s your thing. Would try again if no other choices.

This place is ok it’s got a good beer selection, the food is just bar food notched up a lil, the girls in the outfits are sorda cool if your 17 but there just kids with no clue. The last time I was in we sat outside and told the girl we were just having beer and no food and she asked if we still needed our utensils I looked at her and was like did u just ask me that, I said no I don’t fork my beer lol

Ok so this is a chain and I didn’t expect much… But when they charged me an extra $.50 because I asked for extra mustard that was the final straw. The twisted kilt Owner’s are really twisted!!! I will NEVER go to one again! Extra charge for a condiment is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of!

First of all, if you have an issue with a sports bar with attractive women dressed scantily this place isn’t for you. Why bother going in if you know about the environment there and have issue with this? It is what it is. I don’t get it. The girls who are well endowed do show alot of cleavage and most of them do wear boy shorts underneath their skirts. It’s no worse than Hooters. And much more classy than Cancun Cantina.
Secondly, this place is great not just for single men. My wife and I go every other month or so for dinner and drinks while I got once in a while for an after work drink. I wouldn’t bring my teenagers in just yet but I do see families with young children thru their late teens To each their own.
Thirdly, the service is hit or miss but that’s expected with any establishment. The girls who’ve been there since it’s opening are obviously the most attentive. The bartenders are great and know my order even after an extended absence. Remember, they are servers and entertainers. They are expected to be flirty and fun. If you are a jealous hag then stay away. My wife has fun with it and gets more attention than I do because of this.
Fourthly, the alcohol. They slogan is something like A Cold Beer Never Looked So Good which always cracks me up. The beer selection is outstanding. And the beer prices are indeed cheaper than place like the Outback, Ruby Tuesdays, B-​Dubs, etc. Their signature mixed drinks are good but a bit pricey.
Finally, the food. I haven’t had anything here that didn’t taste good or that didn’t arrive at our table promptly. It’s pretty good Irish fare for a chain. I recommend any of the burgers, the Irish Dip (my fave), and the wings.
Bottom line, I love this place. Even without the teeny, tiny outfits I love the ambiance, food, drink, and company of fellow patrons and the employees.

Cold beer and mediocre views. didnt eat here because there food usually sucks atleast at other locations. was convenient to my hotel

There is actually a lot I really like about this restaurant. The waitresses are beautiful and scantily clad. I believe it is catering to the same demographic as hooters. The Tilted Kilt motto is «A cold beer never looked so good,» so this would be a great place to go out with the guys.
I like the décor and the food was very good. I had the buffalo wings with the signature sauce. The wings were perfectly cooked and finished on the grill which gave the skin a nice crispiness. The signature sauce was a bit weak flavored for my taste but not bad. I think they charge extra for side sauce which is ridiculous. Another customer was complaining to the manager about that. The beers are way overpriced. We got a Yuengling and a Smithwicks. Both were $ 5.50. I don’t know who thinks $ 5.50 for a domestic draft is anything but robbery in the Hagerstown market area. Market price for a Yuengling in Hagerstown is between $ 2 and $ 3. I could see Smithwicks as high as $ 5.
Our waitress was pretty bad. 15 minutes after being seated we still had not seen her (actually clocked it based on a text I sent when we sat down) so I went and asked where she was. The Large crowd of waitresses behind the hostess stand mumbled to each other about the problem without responding to me and eventually decided to go find her. a few more minutes later our waitresses existence was confirmed by her presence. She did not seem very knowledgeable and still spent long periods away. based on her performance this would be a 1 star review. I do intend to reevaluate this place soon since maybe service is usually better and I just got a bad waitress or maybe they will work out the kinks since the place just opened. Unless the drink prices come out of the hemisphere and they stop charging for side sauces I don’t think my review will be much better next time.
