Never had a problem here. Can get pretty crowded, but, every interaction I’ve had with the workers has been good and professional.

Oh my goodness, NEVER go here as a walk in! I ordered right away and waited 20 minutes for my drink before asking for a refund. They clearly prioritized the drive through customers because there were 5+ people working and NOONE in the store were getting their drinks.

I keep trying to give this place a chance. But literally every couple months when I give it a shot it takes forever just to get my drink and the customer service is never good. This is officially my last time ever coming to this location and I’ve been to many in different states and this is by far the worst.

I frequent this Starbucks before and after work because the location is convenient and the employees are sweet and friendly. They are quick workers and I have seriously never had an order that was messed up! Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. If there is a mistake with your order, just ask for a replacement. The baristas here are always helpful and I am in and out, at least three times a week, in under five minutes. The drive thru is also excellent.

One of the worst services I have seen at a Starbucks! Especially in the mornings the service at the drive thru is excruciatingly slow. And its like this almost every single day. maybe they need to put some experienced people incharge at least for the rush hours! Extremely disappointed!

Just had my hubby bring me my special drink and he chose this location. Needless to say, there was a new kid working(why? because they can’t keep the same staff for more than a minute) and he made my drink wrong. I have no idea what they charged but now I need a refund! I HATE this place, they can’t do anything right and they always overcharge.

Terrible. Super rude baristas and dirty counters. Slow service, inconsistent drinks. If you like lukewarm«iced» lattes and scowls, this place is for you.

This Starbucks, along with every other Starbucks is iconic to American culture. The drive thru at this location is a little weird but as I drive through the strip mall area it’s in I feel like a bald eagle is guiding my car to where I order. I get an upside down caramel macchiato and my tastebuds burst into a cherub choir singing thank you not only god but also Jesus. This is truly a business you need to go to because when I do I know I’ll have a good day. Whenever I finish ordering over the machine I always finish with ‘I love you’ and it truly brings the vegetarian bacon home. Thank you, barista.

Sub-par Starbucks… It seems like every time I come to this particular Starbucks they only have Pike’s ready to serve for hot coffee which, unfortunately, is my least favorite roast. I am usually in a rush so I don’t really want to wait for the pour over. I usually go to the store in the evening, and I get it, regular coffee isn’t in high demand, but the location is in a huge college where I see students from all schools coming here to work on papers and projects at all times of the day. So this is pretty dissapointing and I don’t see other Starbucks running low on their light and bold roasts this consistently. The beverage quality is inconsistent and the service is usually slow for anything other than coffee. Speaking of slow, the drive-thru — kind of defeats the purpose of a drive-thru if it isn’t a quick service. Like others have said here, the drive-thru slows down the in-house order service. I will say that most of the staff is really nice, but not worth coming back for. If you are in the area and need your coffee fix then go somewhere else. Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters is much better, a local business, and less than 1 minute down the road.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This store is part of a LARGE corporation, they obviously have rules to follow. If each store could charge each customer the price they wanted how would that work? I have never had a bad experience at this location, sometimes the service seems slow, but the staff is friendly and they are always working. I refuse to go through the drive-thru, as I am not so lazy that I cannot get out of my car, so I can clearly see that the same people have been working there since the store opened. Yes, the drive-thru does take some attention away from the customers in the café, but that happens in all drive-thru stores. My only complaint is that the store is way too cold. Keep up the good work, I will be back often.

Five stars for serving up a decent, strong cup of coffee in a convenient drive-thru location… and then just start deducting. This location epitomizes all of the«corporate coffee» gripes about chain coffee. The other Starbucks locations in the area do a good job and maintaining a local coffeehouse feel… low staff turnover, baristas who take pride in their work and go above and beyond your average counter worker coffee pourer, plenty of regulars and familiar faces, and a sense of character and flavor. The Hadley Starbucks just doesn’t have any of that vibe for me, and its cause is not helped by the fact that it’s in a strip mall. I drive thru here when I’m desperate, but it always makes me wince a little.

The drive-thru is super convenient but that’s the only good thing about this location. Every time I have been to this location I have had an issue with my drink, food, or they are out of something. Also, the wait is always long. I would stop going to this location but you can’t beat the convenience of a drive-thru. I also have hope that one day it will be just as good as the other stores in the area.

***Slow to make drinks, never anywhere to sit down, and the drive-thru can be so sluggish it makes you want to pull your hair out!!*** Having said that– the staff is EXTREMELY professional and friendly… With the exception of this one short girl with dark hair that is inexcusably rude and should not be in customer service… Bad egg! But everyone else has consistently been awesome! There’s this one girl that works the early morning opening shift that is literally THE most pleasant morning person I’ve ever met! She will make your day start off on the perfect note if you get there right when they open! They wore berets and little mustaches for National Croissant day– so festive! The managers are super calm and collected, I always feel like I’m being very well taken care of there! It’s clear they pride themselves in customer service skills within employees! I love the convenient location, easy in and out, much unlike the Starbucks in Amherst which I would NEVER frequent because of its inaccessibility parking-wise. It’s awesome and very exciting that there is a drive-thru window… However, let’s take a minute and ponder as to why people would ever pull up to a drive-thru… Because they’re most likely in a HURRY(or just lazy) but more often than not it’s the hurry reason… If you’re in a hurry FORGETIT! I LITERALLY pulled up to the drive-thru one day at 3:30pm figuring I’d have enough time to make it through the line and get to work on time for 4pm… I did not even get up to the window until 3:55… And ended up being late for work and having to use personal time to account for it– all for a coffee that should’ve been in and out?! Even if you’re offering champagne coffee brewed with gold flakes and sprinkled with diamonds– half an hour is an inexcusable amount of time to have to wait in a drive-thru line! Grrrr. I also would never plan to take a date there expecting to get a table to sit and have a coffee– there’s a very limited amount of seating and they are almost ALWAYS occupied by squatters who bring their laptops and take up a 4 person table for the entire day. I know that’s not really the store’s fault– but I’m just a little disappointed they didn’t plan to have more seating in the construction of this beautiful new establishment. There’s far more seating in their satellite location within Barnes & Noble than there is in this actual Starbucks store… hmmm? BUT! The drinks are delicious, as I would expect from Starbucks– despite all my ranting I am actually the worlds biggest Starbucks fan EVER! Love, love, love the coffee! Love the staff– all(except one) of them are fantastic! Just wish they could work on being faster with drink orders and limit the amount of laptop squatting and this would be my absolute Utopia! And I would then give the final star to rightfully make it a five star establishment!
