Fix It All

If you actually want workers to show up I would stay far away from this company. Awful experience with them earlier this year. Had to hire a new company to finish the job. Workmanship was sub-​par and the fact that they would just not show up, without calling and have a project go on for MONTHS. I would take off work in order to be home for them to not show up was beyond understanding. Stay far away!

Absolutely Unprofessional. Fix-​it-​All is the worst experience I’ve ever had when trying to give someone business! I set up an appointment to have them remodel my bathroom. They tell my wife and I to set aside 2 hours to go over the bathroom and the proposal. The night before the appointment, they cancel, which was enough notice, and rescheduled for the following day. Although I would like to point out that, when I called the guy back, I was alarmed that the voice mail was just an auto-​voiced phone number, no mention of Fix it All, in hindsight, that is shady. Back to my story, they are supposed to be there at 10am, we set aside 2 hours of our lives, and at 10:30am I get a TEXT message from the sales rep saying he is too busy and can’t make it, if we could reschedule to the following week, and that he promises we will be his first appointment so there will be no problem, he guarantees it. Against my better judgement, we set aside the time again for a Thursday morning, rearranging our work schedules. 10am comes and goes without a phone call, text message, anything. I call the sales rep. nothing. So much for the guarantee. Our second wasted morning in a week, and third cancelation. At this point I call the main office back, in a friendly manner mind you, to inform their owner/​management at what a poor job their sales people are doing, and costing them business. What inspired me to write this review is that even at this point I did not receive a phone call back to offer an apology, explanation, nothing! Their managers didn’t even care. This should be a red flag warning to anyone out there considering using them. there are plently of reputable contractors out there, I’d look elsewhere.
