They are only interested in billing. Very unhappy with the results of my shoulder surgery that I had done and the therapy after. Would look around before getting surgery done here.

I see Dr Wu in rheumatology. He made me feel like he really cared about my concerns/conditions. He is very good about calling pts back too when they have additional questions. I have been to all offices except Cedar Knolls. Some of the office staff could use a little reminder of bedside mannerisms…

This is the worst Physical Therapy place I have gone to. All they do is talk and eat. They ignore the patients unless you bring them gifts then they treat you well. They talk about all the patients behind there backs and gossip. They do not help the patient get well. You are on your own and when you ask for help you have to wait until they are done with there personal conversation. The one Staff member flaunts her money and her personal life that none of the patients care about. The office staff is nasty and rude. Avoid this place. You will never get better.

John S. Is absolutely correct, this place is only interested in money. Before you even see a doctor they send you to an xray lab, that I suspect they have a piece of, for xrays, which might not be covered by your insurance if their billing department doesn’t enter in information correctly and will cause you no end of trouble trying to get sorted out. Additionally, the doctor and his medical assistant DONOT communicate, nor do they read your medical history. Neither party seemed to care that the medicine that was prescribed interacted with another medicine I am on daily and could have caused me a serious reaction. Even after I alerted them to this fact, they still called in the medicine they perscribed. They also seemed to ignore the fact that I was on another pain med for an unrelated dental condition a prescribed the afore mentioned medicine, another pain med, which sent up huge red flags at the pharmacy. When I called back the office, they told me to keep taking the first med and let them know if I run out or am still in pain. When I called to let them know I was still in some pain but it was getting better, they told me that the medicine I was taking, that they advised me to take, was too strong for my condition, which miraculously had lessened from what the doctor had told me in the office. On top of all that, the medical advice the pa gave directly contradicted the doctor and despite me telling her I didn’t want anymore pain medication, she offered up Tylenol with codiene on three separate occasions in a 5 minutes converstion. Long story short, this is a scary, half assed, dangerous practice, where no one seems capable of taking a message, reading a chart or diagnosing a simple broken toe. If less than one star were a possibility, I would have given it.
