Pizza Hut

we ordered pizza here just to get a taste of nostalgia and when we competed the order online it said the wait would be 2 hours. Me thinks not. I called spoke to the teenie bopper and canceled my order.
2 hours is ridiculous…

An hour and a half wait time for delivery. Horribly managed location.
I actually used to be a driver for Pizza Hut back in the day, and 40 – 45 min was the norm.
It’s almost like this location is discouraging delivery orders. Why not just make it a carry out only location.
Pathetic.

They suck. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. placed an order took 45 min and they brought wrong order, they sent my order to someone’s else’s house. When I called to complain. The woman manager told me it would take another 45 — an hour and a half for delivery. Manager should be fired for her customer service

This is the worst pizza delivery place probably on planet earth. After 2 hours of waiting, my friend called to see what the wait was about and the woman who answered the phone said «umm I was wondering when you were finally going to call»? I’m sorry but since when do customers call AFTER ordering, a second time to get the pizza out the door? The staff are so rude and actually put the blame for any issues on the ones paying them.

We went for the lunch buffet. Was charged for an adult buffet for a two year old. Also the started closing up the buffet before we were done eating. They didn’t even ask of we wanted any more of the three full pizzas before they put it in the trash.

So I make an order online and 45 min pass. I check on the email and it said the order would be ready in 2 HOURS. I call to cancel my order and I get a Pizza Hut automated answering service and am placed on hold for 10 min. I call back and get someone but before I could say a hello they reply please hold. After 5+ min I hang up and call again. Same thing happens literally more than 6 times! FINALLY I get someone and I tell them I want to cancel and she tries to contact the delivery guy but he wouldn’t respond so she says just tell him I cancelled with her. He comes to the door, I tell him but then as he drives away he screams, «You ugly F****** C***» …You think I’m going to actually WAIT 2 HOURS and PAY money for a pizza that may have been sitting in the car and likely cold?! Unbelievable!

Are you looking for 5 star quality pizza? If so, you better turn around, go towards river st. And drive down to Brooklyns. This place is not quality 5 star pizza, this is convenience, cheap, quick pizza with an order of equally cheap and quick wings. Sometimes you just crave bad chain restaurant pizza, and this is where you go for that! We ordered online, went jn 15 mins and it was ready. I also dont think you come here if you’re looking for quality service, so dont be surprised when you dont get it!
Also, this pizza hut has a few tables if youre trying to «eat in»

After coming here a few times I feel I must leave a review.
To me, nothing beats the pizzeria style pizza. But when it comes to chain pizza (Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns), I always felt Pizza Hut had the edge… especially since they have the stuffed crust pizza. While it’s true that it might come out better at a different location… I feel this Pizza Hut has yet to disappoint me and my cravings, when I order a large pepperoni stuff crust pizza.

Yes, I’m reviewing a chain, but this place was particularly sub-​par. Definitely not my go-​to place for pizza (after all the SUPREMELY SUPERIOR) local pizzerias). The pizza is always way doughy, then way saucy, and then a sprinkling of cheese. Like barely ANY. We go here when our party wants something cheap and lots of it. Unless you need your fix of average bready chain-​store pizza, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
PS– Pizza Hut in Bergenfield, NJ on South Washington is a lot tastier!
