Great customer service! The place has great selection of items they always save my life when Im running out of stuff. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Loooove this place :)

The store staff is very helpful and always welcome you. The pharmacy staff is a different story. I personally love cvs and like the fact they send me texts through mobile about refill reminders and pick ups; that part GREAT! The pharmacy staff does not live to the expectations. This is the second time that I get a reminder for refill stating that if I want the refill they will contact my doctor and don’t do it. A few months ago they had me back and forth with this, the doctor stated she gave them the ok and them saying they couldn’t contact her. Long story short it was a Saturday and 5 minutes before closing I got a call saying they had made an error and my refill could be picked up the next day since they were closing. Yesterday same thing I called on my way there to see if prescription was ready for pick up and to no surprise they stated they had not been able to contact my doctor since Monday! Well if they would have contacted me in between it would have helped, but no one did. I called the doctor and she stated no one had ever communicated with her office from cvs. I was so tired that I got the number for another cvs asked doctor to call them and text came in already that my meds are ready for pick up. No more going to that Hackensack location for me!

CVS has a very friendly staff! Always in stock of medications & items! Staff explains about medications. Great sale items!

Every time I walk in, any associate is always happy to help me find a particular item and today I was hunting for Cadbury eggs. Since I wasn’t explicit to which type of Cadbury eggs I would like, the associate placed five different options on the counter for me to choose! Excellent! Woo hoo! And that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Store is always clean and neat!
No self checkout — But does have a price checker !!
Not a big fan of the pharmacy drop offs-​too slow for my groove.

Standard CVS in regards to inventory. However, they are a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. The associates are always asking if you need help navigating the store and they seem pretty genuine about it too.
Do sign up for the extra care card. You’ll receive 20% off offers weekly. It’s a nice little incentive and if you purchase high end hair care products, then it’s a win for you.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. No prescription is ready when promised and the pharmacist is rude, impatient and apparently overworked. I’m sure with all the pharmacy customers that they have, they can afford to hire another pharmacist to assist. I need to switch pharmacies ASAP because it’s bad. I was there for close to 2 hours for a prescription that should have already been filled. It make it especially bad because I am sick and just want to be in bed.
