Came here before for French gel and pedicure a while ago. Wendy is the only one taking care of the nails in he salon so better make appointment. This place is definitely not fancy and its in a hair salon. Wendy was super friendly when I arrived.
She carefully massaged my feet and take off all hard skins. What impressed me was that she actually use a lemon to wash to legs/​feet and it feels awesome (vitamin C all over my feet) I have small nails on the side of my toe nail and she carefully remove them. I was extra sensitive when people touching my feet so Wendy was super careful if I felt okay when she massaged me.
In terms of Gel pedicure, I think she didnot do as good job as pedicure.
My french gel had some broken part right after she finished. but overall what matters to me is her professional attitude.
French gel medicure +pedicure total $ 41 dollars! What else you can complain with this nice service and price!

Wow! Forever 21 is the place to get your hair done! But make sure you ask for PATTY when you call. She does an awesome job with color, highlights, make-​up and hair styling. She always has a pleasant personality and she will go out of her way to make you happy! And don’t worry if you are in a bind because you waited until the last minute. She will try her best to accommodate you. You will leave the salon feeling and looking like a million bucks!!! Oh and did I mention that her prices are extremely reasonable. You will keep coming back for Patty’s excellent service

Seeing as how everyone recommended Wendy to get their nails done, I decided to give it a shot.
This place is combined with a hair salon and is really not all that glamorous of a shop. I made an appointment beforehand which I’m glad I did because I found out that Wendy is the ONLY person that does nails here so if you and your friend want to come and get your nails done at the same time, it’s not going to work out.
Despite the place being a little dingy, Wendy is a lovely person and she gets the job done. She also has a whole booklet of nail designs that she’s done by hand. She also does 3D designs! The prices are VERY reasonable. I got gel nails done for only $ 19 where as most places charge at least $ 25. I was very satisfied with how my nails turned out and will definitely be returning!

This was my third time coming back. The last two times I had a mani-​pedi with Wendy and everything went well. Wendy is very nice and she is very good. My review is not necessarily about her skill but about customer service. First my appointment was at 8:30AM and she came in at 8:45 I thought okay no big deal. Then it took her another couple of minutes to set up. Then she was on the phone arranging a family trip or something. Anyway, two hours later I was still there and by this point furious that I was still not done. I finally just left without completing the manicure. I did not like that she was not prepared and then was on the phone almost the whole time. She had an earpiece so I could never tell if she was talking to me. Then she spent the rest of the time talking to her co-​worker. Ugh! It was just a bad appointment and hopefully not something that happens often. Good luck

I have been coming to this establishment for probably over 12 years and was very pleased to have met Tisha, who has been cutting my hair for the past 9 years. The place has been under new ownership as of two months ago and I have noticed the change in ambiance and new services; all in a positive way. Tisha is a GREAT hairstylist that is both competent and friendly to both sexes. She cuts hair, tints, styles and does every other hair service under the sun. Overall, her service, style and personality is fantastic. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great and professional cut. And as for the Spanish channels playing constantly; that’s history. Personally, I always felt it annoying. I am sure glad they changed that practice.

Fantastic job!!! Very friendly atmosphere :) respected the fact of having an appointment and will not take more then she can to assure quality work. Wendy is the best!!! Do make an appointment when you desire an elaborate work. However walkings are more then welcome.

I finally found her here after she left Nail World. She does such a great job on pedicures that I could not find another salon I was happy with. But now I don’t need to look anymore. :)
She is very thorough, takes her time and does a great job with nail designs.
The salon has a spa chair for pedicures. i did not mind that it was combined with a hair salon. The stylist are all friendly and professional.

I came here yesterday for a quick trim/​cut right after work. I called 40 mins before their closing time (7:00pm) just to make sure. Paty, was nice enough to take care of me. She washed my hair and conditioned it bc of my damaged dried tips. Then asked me how much I wanted to cut off and was understanding I wanted to keep my length:) She’s a fun person to have a conversation with, I didn’t feel intimidated at all. After the cut she gave me a head massage and told me, it’s important to get a massage helps with the hair growth. Last but not least I got candy after the cut from the counter, took only one but she gave me another one. I’ll def. come back, bc of the good & friendly service.

I wanted to leave this review for Wendy who specializes in Nails at Forever 21 Salon. I followed her from another salon and I am so glad I did. She does a great job for me. The place is nice and clean. I go every month and will continue to do so. Thank you Wendy for your great service and skills!

My review is for Wendy, who did my nails recently and she did such a wonderful job. I was referred to her by a good friend and Wendy is a great find! She’s so sweet and took her time with my spa pedicure. Afterwards, I got so many compliments on how they looked — hot pink with white polka dots. Her equipment was clean and the facility was warm and inviting. Thanks to my good friend I’ve found a great new place for my nails!

I have been coming here about 5 years now and have had the same person cutting my hair, Tisha. She has been cutting my hair for 8 years. I like her b/​c I don’t have to say much and she gets my hair cut fast. To tell you how great she is, she had been charging me $ 10 for the haircut from way back when and never changed the price on me. I finally asked her how much her rate is now and she told me it is $ 25. I thought I was giving her a big tip at $ 15. Who’s the monkey now!
I have to admit the salon was a bit ethnically confusing for me b/​c Tisha is Thai and all of the other stylists there are Latina. I think that I am the only Asian male to ever set foot in that place. But everyone is very very nice and always ask if you want anything to drink. I get the urge to say I want a tamarindo or horchata, b/​c I order it everywhere I go, but don’t want to appear to be stereotyping. If they ever tell me how good my English is, that’s when I’ll get my drinks.
I noticed most of the crowds are a bit older or girls coming in for the Quinceanera hairdos. A very cozy friendly place. It’s a good thing I understand Spanish cuz they have telenovelas on every time I go there. Much hotter scenes and love plots than American soaps.
