You should stop and take a tour. This historical site includes the first Legislature Building of the State of Oklahoma when Guthrie was the Capitol. 500,000 square feet of history is on display, museums and artifacts of the Statehood of Oklahoma, the Native Americans and of Scottish Rites. There are two reunions a year one the Spring and fall. The City of Guthrie opens their arms for us and helps us celebrate. Many visiting brothers from other states come to see this Temple during our reunions. This time we welcomed a team from Nebraska to our Gathering. I look forward to returning in the fall.

HUGE — at least take the time to drive by and see building…500,000 square feet. A building this size in the middle of Oklahoma. Call and find out time for tour — it will be worth it, sadly they are not done that often. If you are a member then this is a MUSTSTOP!

This is an unbelievable building. This is the largest Scottish Rite Temple in the US. Over 500,000 sq ft. And it is a museum full of early Oklahoma history. And the architecture is really soaring and grand. With two beautiful theaters inside. This is a must see. We ran out of time in Guthrie and are planning a return visit.
