I RATHER WALK than to travel with Gurnee Travel. Mary Ann and Cindy at Gurnee travel are horrible travel agents. I have booked two trips with these ladies trying to give them the opportunity to «GET IT RIGHT» epic fail on both trips Jamaica 2011 and Punta Cana 2013. They quoted me the highest price for the fares when I found the trip cheaper on line through Apple they gave me the hardest time about adjusting the price to the new price. When I picking up my Apple tickets Cindy forgot to include one of the tickets upon our arrival in Jamaica the hotel was horrible. It was a disaster allowing Gurnee Travel to book your vacation trip is like having someone legal blind schedule your travel. I would not suggest using Gurnee travel unless you want a Nightmare on Elm street.
