I took an iPhone 6 here to repair a cracked screen. They asked me to leave it there because the person who fixes the phones was at another location. I did, and at the end of the day it was done for $ 150. About a month and a half later, the screen felt loose, and wobbled when pressed. I noticed that a tiny screw at the bottom of the phone was missing. After a day, the screen was not working properly. I brought it back to the store to see if they would fix it, and even though it was 5pm the lights were out and the door was locked(the website says they are open until 7pm and their door says open until 6pm). I called the number and the man who answered said he didn’t know where the person was who was supposed to be at the store. He said if I dropped the phone off the next day he might be able to get to it in the next couple of days, but was really busy. I took the phone to a different place, and she took it apart in front of me and showed that there were pieces missing inside that should have been holding the screen in place that were not there. This was causing the movement of the screen, which damaged it. I had to replace the screen again — another $ 150 but this time done correctly. Expensive lesson learned and I will not return to Compucell again.

My computer crashed. I received a quote from the Geek Squad and thought it was quite expensive. I went here highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I did. They were able to retrieve all my data, pictures, etc. The process was painless, reasonably priced, task completed in a timely manner, and they could not have been nicer. Forget the big chains and support this local family owned business. They treat you like they care because they do.
