They have a lot of great stuff and cool finds. I do wish they had more veggies, as the few that were in the fridge weren’t fresh and were wilted. They’re a little over priced, but there’s not many other places near by that sell as much organic items.

Love love love this place! The couple that runs it are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They clearly love their business and make a concerted effort to meet the requests of their customers and make an effort to get to know people on more than face value. I’m greeted by name every time I go. They have a produce pick-up that you can sign up for either one-time or recurring. I’ve signed up recurring and it’s helped save me a lot of stress figuring out what to buy and what to make. As a consequence, I am left over with some«undesirable» vegetables that I typically don’t eat — beets, avocadoes, etc — but I’m learning to love the avo’s and… well… hubby likes beets, so it’s a win-win. They have almost everything you can find in a local grocery store… almost. I still have to go to Rouses and/or Winn Dixie for things like fish, poultry, and a few canned goods I refuse to give up(we are nursing a hardcore kipper/artichoke heart/olive addiction in this household and we can quit any time we like, dangit!) Of course all their produce is organic(once I did get non-organic bananas in my bag though and was very confused, but ate them anyway) and while they don’t have a huge selection, they pretty much have everything I’d get anyway. Their beef and dairy are from Country Girls Creamery for the most part, which I highly recommend if you love local farms. They do seem to have a large proportion of organic snack foods — but it must be from customer demand. I find it ironic that even in a super-organic store, I’m still«skirting the edges» as it were. :P And I am not one to talk… we buy whole boxes of the seaweed snacks. I regret nothing! I have not tried any health consulting or any of the side classes they have, so I can’t attest to that. I just go there to get my food! Word of mouth is how I learned of this place and word of mouth is how I’m spreading the word. So go check them out, you will not be disappointed. I knocked one star off for the following reasons: — A few instances I have noticed rotting/moldy produce with fruit flies lurking about. Just look before you grab! — When I come in after work, near closing, sometimes the advertised produce for the produce bags is no longer available. However, they are good about finding produce of your choosing of equal value to compensate.

Great place! Don is very knowledgable regarding organics and Denise is so friendly! I enjoy making the drive to their store. They are the only place I’ve found that carries Amaranth whole grains! I really like the organics program. It’s $ 35 twice a month and you get a great assortment of organic veggies and fruits. They get many of the produce items you can’t find in the local stores. Eg. Organic red kale, bananas and oranges.
