I took my Pekingese/​ShiTzu in for a trim, what i got was a shaved dog. I asked Jennifer to trim my dog. Her reply was that my dog had knots and that it was going to be difficult to get them out and that she may have to trim it close by her butt. I was okay with that. But when I picked up my dog, they had shaved and nicked her!!! My dog has had worse knots in her than this and a previous groomer was able to get the tangles out and trim her the way that I want. I paid $ 45 for this «shave»!! Never again! I WOULD NOT recommend this groomer to anyone!

This place is great! I’ve taken multiple pets here and every groomer does such a great job! We just love Jennifer, and my pets always look so happy and well cared for when I pick them up. Please do your pets a favor and check out this place.
