Yummy good selection of flavors but surprised at how expensive. I bought two cups yogurt and some cookies and spent $ 20! I couldn’t believe it, didn’t even fill up both cups. I’d return cuz there’s no other frozen yogurt place around.

Your store manager, Deanna is extremely rude here. This is my second rude encounter with her. On Friday, Nov. 13 I pretty much had to approach her for assistance. She virtually ignored me and greeted all the ppl entering except me. I was like you know what, I won’t bother addressing it. I’ll tolerate poor service this one time for those scrumptious cookies. I left because the cookies I wanted were not available. I returned on today. I stood there 5 minutes or so. No employee was to be found. I turn around and she’s there on the phone. Now obviously I’m a customer who’s trying to patronize a business. I continue to stand around to let her handle her business. It seems she was on the phone with someone who was looking for vendors to participate in an event. Understandable. I continue to wait and her call continues to get even further drawn out. At one point Deanna is put on hold and a lengthy one at that. During that time, I politely ask, excuse me may I have three— she immediately and rudely shushes me and puts her finger up at me. Very inappropriate. You’re the only one working understandable. However, tone and approach are EVERYTHING when working with the public. If you’re on a brief hold, you can multitask and simply and kindly get the three cookies. I said ma’am I’m a paying customer as well and I approached you kindly and you immediately got rude with me. She shouted loudly, «I’M WITH A CUSTOMER.» Then I say okay ma’am, what’s your name. She says her name and«I’m the manager if you’re wanting to submit a complaint.» Red flag. Does Great American Cookies tolerate disrespect and unfavorable treatment of customers by their«managers»? She said ma’am I’m not going to be argumentative but I’ll let my manager know how you are. She even accuses me of recording her, and threatens that it’s illegal. 1.) My phone is always in my hand. 2.) She pretty much acknowledged by threatening me that her behavior was deplorable and unacceptable. If her BOSS tolerates her treatment of me then there’s a serious lack of training and customer care at Great American Cookie. When someone attempts to patronize a business TWICE and you act like you couldn’t care if they spend a dime there, that’s extremely problematic. I know for sure though, I will not be returning for a 3rd time since«manager» equates to I’ll treat certain customers poorly and the others with respect. I’ll also be sure none of my colleagues patronize Great american Cookie either.

We rolled in here to get some frozen yumminess before a movie. HOLYCOWPOOP, this place was filthy!!! The machines had dried up, spilled yogurt on them, the floor looked like a combo of dirt and spilled(and smooshed) toppings, and the topping bar was so gnarly, there were toppings spilled into other toppings, and the sneeze guard was, um, sneezy? Let’s just say that was dirty as hell too. One employee behind the counter, who wasn’t busy when we walked in, for the whole store. Grab a broom and rag and get to cleaning, youngin! As for the yogurt… nothing special.

This place is so good, and its healthier for you because its Frozen Yogurt and not Ice Cream.
