TERRIBLE! Customer service is horrendous — it seems they have a 10 year old answering the phones as they couldn’t even figure out how to put me on hold or take me off of hold. It took them over a week and a half to deliver once asked. Thank goodness only our fireplace uses propane or we would have froze to death!

It gets better… One year later, they made another unauthorized delivery to our house and delivered 203 gallons of propone and charged us 4.14 per gallon. After calling around to other propone companies, we found the market price to be 2.14/gallon. I called the office and they told me I was on «automatic» delivery. Had the same discussion with them last year and told them that I never agreed or signed any contract that authorized automatic delivery. It was like the conversation never happened. I’ve contacted the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and found out that this company has 78 complaints on file. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have 19 complaints on file. That should speak for itself. This is a company that really needs to improve their operations and customer service.
