We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Jim and Kathy, who were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room off the main house was nice and quiet and we later switched to the cabin which is larger and by itself. It’s in a quiet area with redwood trees towering overhead. We used the hot tub from which we gazed at all the stars visible and one of the hammocks they have for guests to use. Very comfortable and relatively close (a mile) from downtown Guerneville. They gave us right on advice about avoiding the fog along hwy 1 should you head west to the coast. The rooms are on the rustic side which was fine with us. For the price I highly recommend staying here.

Jim & Kathy are the kindest people you will ever meet and their property is simply charming. We stayed in the guest cottage near the front of the property.
I love the Bed & Breakfast feel of this place. There are a couple of other guest rooms on the property that they rent out, and the owners also live there so you run into the other guests and owners from time to time. There are two cats and an ADORABLE chihuahua named Yoda Bella on the property too.
There is a hot tub, a coastal redwood ring, a bamboo cave, a creek behind the property (bring your water shoes and you can walk all the way down the creek to the Russian River!) and plenty of hammocks to relax in.
Highly recommended because of the great prices & friendly demeanor of the owners.

This was the perfect place to stay! We’re a family of four with two little ones and there was plenty of space! The inside of the cottage is in better shape than a lot of hotels we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and felt so relaxing!
The grounds are really nice with lots of redwood trees, fruit trees and hammocks for relaxing! Just out the back gate is a creek that our son enjoyed throwing rocks in.
Kathy and Jim were very warm and welcoming and let us know the places of interest in the area.
We will definitely stay here again — it really was a great find!!!
