Guerneville Parcel Box Plus

I get to choose who I do business with and I choose not to do business with Justin at Guerneville Parcel Box Plus. He is unfailingly unpleasant.

A rip off and very RUDE!

Justin, the owner is very rude and inconciderate. He made my gf cry because he was so rude when she was tryn to make 2 copies, day we were leaving on a vacation. We will never go back there

I have been using the services here for a couple of years and have never had a problem. Even when I shipped a framed painting for $ 77.00 (box and mail cost included).
Whatever I have come in the store to accomplish, Justin has always been supportive and accommodating. I have never seen the behavior the negative reviews reference.

Update… I took two of my paintings to the shipping store in Forestville today. It is called The Service Station. What a wonderful experience! It is only a nine minute drive from Guerneville and well worth the drive.
The young lady was warm, friendly and professional. I always suspected that Justin’s prices were inflated and… wow was I right!!!
Justin told me that he did not have the proper size box for one of my piece of art and that he would have to use an 8 inch think box for a 1.5″ painting. This greatly increases the cost of the shipping. He quoted me $ 55 for shipping materials and $ 159 for shipping cost to New Jersey. The Service station offered to make me a custom box and the total price for materials and shipping was $ 117!!! One of my paintings is on glass and she said «no problem» I left feeling great and I look forward to returning!
Instead of treating his customers with respect and counting on return business, Justin inflates his prices and hopes it will not be noticed. If you inquire about the shipping materials or the box size being used, Justin will suddenly get defensive and rude. This is one method he uses to make an extra buck. If you plan on shipping anything you will get greatly overcharged at Guerneville Parcel Plus. Shop around, compare prices. You can also use UPS, Fed EX or the Post Office.
Like many people who have had awful experiences at Guerneville Parcel Plus, I will never go in to that business ever again.

We are so thankful for Justin and Guerneville Parcel Box Plus. We have a mail box here and it is the best solution for deliveries. We no longer have to worry about being home for a delivery and we always get an email letting us know when our package has arrived. Justin has also helped us with shipping. He has everything you need to send anything you want. We also frequently utilize Justin’s notary and color copy services. Justin is always quick, helpful and economical.

I have been a frequent customer of this business for years. Justin has always lacked courteous customer service, but was nice enough, and got the job done. Recently whenever I’ve gone in he has been in a terrible mood and actually rude to any and all customers who were there at the same time I was. It’s obvious that he hates his job and should have sold the business a year ago when he was trying. Like I said, the business itself is handy, the attitude has become insulting.

I was so excited when this man opened his store a few years back. What a great business I thought it would be. But since day one, he has been rude, grumpy and today, the last day to get a package over-​nighted in time for Christmas, he attempted to gouge me. He was planning to charge me $ 95 to send a small bracelet to Arkansas. I said, «That’s what the piece costs.» and declined. I traveled 12 minutes down the road to the Forestville shipping store, called The Service Station, where I was charged $ 45. I will never go into Guerneville Parcel Box Plus again and wish to warn people of his nasty nature and that there is another alternative a stones’ throw down the road.
At The Service Station, I was greeted with a happy, accommodating attitude. It was such a positive experience… with 5 minutes to spare before Fed Exp. pickup.

Great service! Most efficient postal store I have ever been in. Fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Service is professional and knowledgable. I always get in and out without a hitch. This place is a boon to the community. I even try to think of reasons I need to go in when I’m in the area. Much more than copies.
