After two flats… one worked, one didn’t. The tire that failed with the Skabs had a puncture almost exactly at the center of the tire where there was a seam that was created when the tire was molded. The Skabs had a problem with that ridge that was created at the seam. Would not hold air… a slow, slow leak ensued. Seems as if more adhesive for Skabs would be needed for such a situation. In this situation the Skabs was just a temporary reprieve until I could really apply a permanent patch. Because I ride pretty lengthy rides on my Mountain Bike, I might resort back to the Tire Cement, Rubber Patch Cut-Outs… if I can find them!
