Went there to rent a wood splitter. Reserved it three weeks ago. Called twice to rent it on a Saturday. My friend called yesterday to ask about the specifics of the splitter and also confirmed that we were going to get it on Saturday. We arrive and there’s not splitter and my name is not on their board.
They were just a little apologetic and said they would have one for me next time and give me a better deal. I found out the deal was only $ 20 discount for a full day rental (normally $ 90). This is after I had told them that we have confirmed numerous times the date and time of the pickup of the splitter.
Think there are better places with better service.

Great employees… friendly and helpful. Grover Tool Rental has an amazing inventory of tools, trailers and just about anything you would need to tackle most jobs. I’ve been renting things for years and have never been disappointed with their service or rental costs.

The BEST!!! LOOK NO FURTHER. These guys saved us. It’s a long, long story. Basically the saw we rented somewhere else that didn’t work. The other guys told us it wasn’t the saw. Rent a generator (which those guys didn’t even rent). After renting 2 different generators (2 different trips to the shop) the saw still didn’t work. Grover’s said, to forget the generators and the saw. They gave us a perfect, cheaper saw with a new blade. It worked PERFECTLY. We finished the project even though we didn’t get to start until 3 pm. We will ALWAYS GO TO GROVER’S FIRST. Now we know. Best customer service and tools. That’s all.

Perfect experience today. I needed a trailer to move a non running motorcycle. The owner Jerry was pleasant to work with and his man was waiting in the driveway to hook me up. They gave me the right sized trailer with a ramp included (very handy for loading a motorcycle).
Friendly folks that rented me the exact item that I needed. I’ll use them again and so should you
