After leaving several messages with no courtesy of a return call, I will take my business elsewhere. I mean, seriously, customer service is everything — especially in a small town like Groveland. After being literally ignored, I’ll go to a professional company with common courtesy.

I really enjoy working with a local company for what has (with the advent of the internet and pdf files) become one of the biggest impersonal purchases: creative, design, print, web and so on. When Sabre design moved to Groveland it was such a pleasure to have «my designer» stop by to have a cup of coffee and discuss my next campaign and their new ideas for next season’s brochure. I am the buyer of print & design services for the Hotel Charlotte,
and the Yosemite Chamber of Commerce. We choose Sabre Design for most everything from business card design to multifold brochures, website consultation, original logo design and overall marketing/​media consultation We all work on mountain time and have successfully met all our deadlines.
