Due to my line of work I shop here every day it’s the best location in Columbus most of the staff know me by name there is one mean lady that works at service desk you must stay away from here lol

Must admit I go there for everything else and the manager and other employees are very helpful.
Just don’t get suckered into a service agreement on a $ 3500. Appliance.
Especially when the employee told me
«Oh the service agreement pays for all your filters». NO IT DOES NOT!
Must pif then be reimbursed thru company. I don’t do rebates or
jump thru hoops. Just give it to me straight !!

Usually has anything you need for home improvement, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lot of brand names, but things can be a tad on the pricey side, but still reasonable.

Its a home improvement store, but I have noticed that on average, this location has one of the best paint departments in the area with people who listen and know what they are talking about.

Fairly good for a Home Depot. Can’t say I favor this location over the nearby Lowes, though from my limited experience, Home Depot gave quicker and more helpful customer service.
For anything involving home improvement, whether gardening or making your home energy efficient, this is a good place to start.

Service here is a little spotty. Don’t ask for advice as it will most likely be wrong. I came in the other night 15 minutes before close and pressed the button for help. 10 minutes later I still hadn’t been helped so I searched for some. They send someone a few minutes later who complained that they were closed then cut and threaded the wrong sized pipe! I came back to swap it out for the correct size and when I got home I realized that they didn’t thread it deep enough. Seriously, these guys don’t have a clue, or just don’t care. I’m pretty sure it’s the former.
