I took my truck here for a simple oil change. After picking it up I found that the mechanic had neglected to re install the skid plate properly, which caused damage to the underbody of my vehicle. After three weeks of MULTIPLE phone calls and emails, the problem has still not been resolved.
I had dropped my vehicle off there twice after they said they had the right parts and each time they had the wrong parts! Every time I’ve dropped my truck off, their key drop box was unlocked and I had to lock it myself. Good thing I checked! I urge you not to take your vehicle here for any reason. I have never in my life dealt with such an inept and incompetent bunch of troglodytes. Seriously. Avoid at all costs.
I have to say, I’ve been a vehicle owner for 18 years and this instance was the only time I’ve had a major problem at any garage.
