I wish I can give them a no stars I have never visited a more disgustingly poorly ignorant ran facility in my life. I don’t know how Wendy’s lets this franchise in the system talk about a blackeye to Grosse Pointe and Wendy’s

I think they have a new manager here, I hope she can make a difference. Seems like this location has just gone down hill. I won’t list my bad experiences, just hoping for improvement.

Burton, MI
When was the last time you sat down for fast food while classic dinner music played in the background? Well, that’s what you’ll get here. Walk in to see posters of the Rat Pack hanging on the walls and the Sinatra satellite station piped through the speakers. Good stuff!
I don’t know why this Wendy’s considers itself so classy. Maybe the owner wanted a shrine to the chairman of the board. Maybe they’re trying to attract the local Grosse Pointe area residents when they feel like slumming it.
Anyways… I think someone forgot to core the tomatoes, because tomatoes should never be classified as tough and chewy. Otherwise it was regular Wendy’s food.

I went to the window to pay and the man was on his cell phone!!! I kid you not he said «I have to call you back, baby mamma» he took my money while on the phone and then another lady came up to the paying window and handed me my bag and my drink. I pulled off. They did not give me fries and gave me the wrong burger so I went inside and asked for a manager. One of the workers was in awe that he was on the phone, but the manager was like «yes I yelled at him for that» I was given my food and left. I work at a Starbucks that has a drive through. Id definitely get written up if not fired.

Line was long and slow. They did not customize my order as requested. I thought they would remake the burger, instead they gave me lettuce on the side.
Otherwise it was a typical Wendy’s experience. Not impressed but will probably go back because it’s the only Wendy’s close to this area

I’ve been here about a dozen times and zero of those times have they not screwed up something on the order. Left something off, gave me diet coke instead of iced tea.
You notice how they never accidentally give you something extra. Like «Hey, they messed up my order and gave me an extra two cheeseburgers. And someone left a $ 20 in here!»
Gets two stars because it’s Wendy’s. The food is decent, even if the service is appalling.
