LOVE their food and their large portions. It can get a little busy on the weekends, and even carry out can take a lot time during this time.

Where have you been all my life, all my lifeeee, life, where have you been all my lifee lol. This is by far one of the best breakfast/brunch restaurants I have ever been to in the Detroit metropolitan area. I am a fan of breakfast places and always in the lookout for unique breakfast restaurants. I have always wanted to try this place, but the drive always prevented me from visiting this magnificent little place. The place is placed in the downtown of Grosse Pointe, so you may have trouble find a parking spot in the restaurant parking lot(so bring some quarters with you so you can park on the street). I decided to go alone to this place because all of my friends were like ohh it is too far(they regretted it afterwards though). It was kinda of weird dinning alone, but no regrets. I went there and the place was packed, I had to wait around 10 minutes for them to get me a table. The waiter was super nice and she provided me with recommendations on what to order. I honestly do not remember what I ordered, but it was something Mexican I uploaded a picture. The food was fantastic. The price was unbeatable and the portion size was huge. The atmosphere of the place is awesome. There are a lot of families dining in here. So if you are looking to take a date out to this place, I discourage you. In fact if you want to take someone on a date to a breakfast place, I think you need to educate yourself about dating and buy several books from Amazon. I feel like I educate people here more than I review food sometime lol. Why are you still reading this review, hurry up and go to the restaurant!

Fantastic — Waited about 45 minutes for 4 people — but pretty standard for small(ish) brunch places. Outstanding. Definitely recommend the breakfast menu. Somebody in my party had a club sandwich and it looked good but unless you come here enough to try many things — stick to the breakfast menu. Had the voodoo benedict, it was unreal.

Big Shout Out to The Jagged Fork from New York City. If you were here I’d be there for breakfast this morning! Still think about your take on Huevos Rancheros weeks after a visit back to see family in GP during the holidays. Will gladly return to try other things in the future. You’re a destination in an area where there is surprisingly little to rave about in terms of dining out.

I stopped here during lunch time during the week, and they were EXTREMELY busy. The food portions were generous, and it was obvious that the food was freshly made, and hadn’t been sitting around/out for long. I ordered the breakfast tamale, and it tasted delicious! It was a very unique combination of flavors, as I have never had a tamale with egg served on top of it instead of the traditional sauce, but I would recommend it to anyone who likes trying unique flavors. My biggest issue was how long it took to be served. I would definitely go back again, however, make sure you go when you do not have a time limit.

BEST. CORNED. BEEF. HASH. EVER. I’m obsessed with their corned beef hash. I want to eat it every day. Its unlike any hash I’ve had before – lots of herbs, quality meat, just delicious. We used to dine at the sister restaurant Hudson Café years ago. I like the setting of Jagged Fork better. My husband and I also love the egg white cinco de mayo. We havent had anything but breakfast here but having just moved to the neighborhood, excited to try more!

I love stopping by the Jagged Fork when I’m heading over to Barnes & Noble down the street. I’ve always had delicious meals here and the staff is always pleasant. I’m sure I’ll be coming back soon!

Food was good as before but apparently the owners mom was the hostess today and was very rude we almost left because of her disrespectful attitude. We will only be back when she’s not there! Our waitress was amazing she made up for the bad experience

Second time eating here. Enjoyed our breakfast today just as much as we did the first visit. The fresh squeezed oj is delicious. The Thanksgiving omelet was a yummy choice with cranberries, who knew? The s’mores pancakes still seem to our fan favorite for crazy pancake flavor. The Voodoo Eggs Benedict also is a tasty pick. We have not tried any of the lunch menu, but I imagine it’s as tasty as the breakfast menu.

This is a favorite meeting spot for friends in Grosse Pointe. Highly recommend crepes, salads, egg and pancake dishes. Generous portions. Easy for take-out, too. Lots of parking. Service can be spotty only because the place is so packed. Be patient. Good food is worth it.

I absolutely love this place. So I went on today for Sunday brunch around 11am. The hostess was very friendly and informed me that the wait time was 20 minutes. We were seated service was quick and the food was delish. I ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad which for $ 10.00 provided a sufficient amount of food for the price. My friend ordered the Graham Cracker French toast(my favorite). It comes with Cream cheese may I add that syrup is not needed. This spot has decent kids menu that accommodated my nephew. On the kids menu he ordered a chocolate chip mickey mouse pancake with bacon. Overall I would definitely return. I just wouldn’t recommend the bacon or buttermilk pancakes. Well worth the wait.

Wow … just wow. This place goes on my all-time-best-breakfast list, holiday-dining-list, and my take-someone-from-out-of-town-or-who-I-want-to-impress list, :) . Went early & during the week, so parking & wait were not a problem, but I can see how this place would fill up. I would have no problem waiting on a table. Listed as opening at 7:00am, but I think 8:00am is more accurate. The variety of benedicts was the attraction for me and I ordered the infamous Voodoo Benedict. Superb, as I’m sure you’ve all read, eggs poached with chorizo/guacamole/cheddar and salsa verde on English muffins and a nice twist on traditional breakfast fare. Inadvertently ordered a Breakfast Burger thinking I was getting a small ham & egg sandwich for some reason(can’t explain that one, lol) and was a little surprised with the ½lb burger/egg/cheddar/shoestring fries/chipotle ketchup behemoth that was placed before me … but I soldiered on and all’s I can say is, «awesome», :) . Service was excellent, not a dry coffee cup in the house and some good conversation. Appreciated the option of a heaping fruit cup vs potatoes and the preparation/aesthetically pleasing plating of my menu selections compels me to award no less than 5-stars. Two thumbs up! … and I’m going back for the Thanksgiving Burger, Cali Club, GP Club, Tuna Melt, Hudson Salad, et … :)

I love it! Came by for a Saturday breakfast at 9:00am and found ample parking and plenty of open tables! Our server was SO nice — it was the first time I haven’t felt out of place in ‘The Pointes’ ;-) We ordered coffees while deliberating over the super incredibly vast menu! Although the pancakes looked seriously amazing, I ended up going with the The Voodoo eggs Benedict. I definitely made an amazing choice — perfect English muffin topped with perfectly poached eggs, amazing chorizo, and guac. Couldn’t ask for more at $ 10.00.(And No Hollandaise — thank Goodness for sans Hollandaise benedict options!) I’m also super stoked to find Chorizo on the menu — nice work, and not too common around these parts. My husband went for a more traditional(yet still tasty!) breakfast — The Traditional! Two eggs, choice of meat, hashbrowns or fruit, and toast or pancakes, $ 7.00. I would definitely go to The Jagged Fork again, and the earlyish Saturday breakfast surely beats waiting in a long Sunday Brunch line!

This is a great breakfast spot. Especially if you are in the mood to travel West from the D. The wait was about 20 – 25 minutes, so very tolerable. The servers were very friendly, and and our coffee cups never ran dry. Tasty pancakes, sausage, and eggs. We will definitely be back!

Tried this place for first time on Saturday morning & the food was great. Don’t let the lobby deter you-the wait isn’t as long as the crowd might appear. The food was amazing. I’m only giving 4 stars because I’m picky about my coffee sweetener so the addition of raw sugar or agave would be greatly appreciated. Great service & super friendly staff.

The menu looks a lil similar to Hudson Café in Detroit. Voodoo eggs benedict, Chunky Monkey and red velvet pancakes. But they have Verde and animal style French fries. The Animal style fries description is what IN n Out burger uses. TBH, I was overwhelmed by the selection and had a hard time deciding which pancakes to order with my omelette. Everyone’s plate looked so good! I ordered the Cinco DeMyo omelette it was good and satisfying. I would hv like more Verde sauce. It cost $ 1 for additional, no biggie tho. The Red Velvet pancakes had the color but lacked the red velvet flavor.(The reason why I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5). Much btr than a coney island, I’ve never been a fan of IHOP or Dennys. I will return and this is a place that I would take friends and family. The service was friendly and accommodating. The dining room is a narrow L shape. Tables are cleared fast. You don’t feel rushed to get in and out, but somehow even w a wait to be seated everything flowed fast.

Came here today and it is a great place for brunch. They have a large selection for any brunch craving from giant buttermilk pancakes, waffles, french toast, salads, sandwiches, etc. Today, I decided to be healthy and got the Sobe salad. The salad was huge. It can more than feed me for two meals. It had a generous helping of avocado, feta cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. The waitress was nice to let me sub the chicken for poached eggs and it was great. It came with a toasted pita bread which was really good and tasted homemade. My friend got the buttermilk pancakes and they were huge. They are almost the size of the plate. She finished half before giving up and getting a to go box. Definitely, if you are in the area, it is a great place for brunch!

Visited with my daughter on a weekday. Busy little place, I can imagine that there is a long wait on the weekends. Our waiter was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu. Lots of interesting options, took awhile to decide. She had the bacon waffle which had bits of bacon in the batter and was topped with loads of crispy bacon pieces — very good! I had the baja omelette– tomato, onion, ham, bacon, guacamole and swiss — also very good! I also had a side of buttermilk pancakes which, again, were very good. Can’t wait to return, I definitely have a long list of items I want to try! Update: return visit we had the breakfast burger and triple triple skillet… excellent. The only con I can come up with for this eatery is deciding among the many different, interesting options!

I had high expectations before even stepping through the door. Every time I’ve ever heard someone talk about Jagged Fork, they’ve spoken of it with excitement in their eyes. «You’ve never been to Jagged Fork?» They would ask, wide eyed with pity for my life unlived. They would tell tales of unforgettable bacon, pancakes bigger than your head, and French toast stuffed with berries and a banana cream cheese frosting to kill for. I can honestly say the first thing that really impressed me was our service — our sever was sweet, attentive, not over bearing or(even worse) lackadaisical like some servers can be. She helped me pick from the handful of breakfast items I was literally lusting over, with a patience that I didn’t expect considering how busy they were. When the food arrived a short time later, we marveled at the feast in front of us. I ordered the famous berry stuffed French toast and a side order of their ‘Denver hash’ — crispy hash brown potatoes, topped with grilled onions, diced green peppers, and cheddar cheese. My boyfriend got the 2 X 4 — two eggs, 4 strips of bacon, and two giant ‘chunky monkey’ pancakes. The cakes are stuffed with white chocolate chips and banana and topped with more white chocolate chips, banana, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. They’re better than Pancake house(SOSHOOTME). My French toast was literally the BEST French toast I’ve ever had. The cream cheese filling is the stuff that dreams are made of. I may or may not have over ordered with the Denver hash, but the few bites I managed to shove down in the restaurant were heavenly. We will be back next weekend, and the weekend after that, and the weekend after that…

Came for a late brunch just before 1pm on a Sat and just missed the crowd(yes!). Small place but cute. We ordered the chorizo skillet, added chunky monkey pancakes and the cinnamon raisin french toast. The skillet was yummy and really filling, so we could get a few bites of the sweet stuff in before packing it up to take home. But so good! Tip: $ 1 for a little bottle of maple syrup, in case you’re not into table syrup.
