I love Starbucks! This location is pretty good most the time. I am disappointed today because my coffee was barley Luke warm. Their coffee isn’t cheap and it sucks to pay too much for cold coffee

This Starbucks has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service and product delivery. The baristas are extremely rude and slow. I stopped here a few times when working in Gridley but id rather just drive a little extra out of my way and go to the one in Yuba City.(I live in Yuba City) the managers themselves are very unprofessional.

As the only coffee shop in town there is not another option to avoid this location. I’m a Starbuxer and as such that’s the only way I gave two stars. Each time I go to this location the service is terribly slow, I’m usually left asking for my coffee which is wrong, my breakfast sandwich is usually cold, and I spend more time in the lobby than actually drinking coffee. Im new to this location but wish so much I could trade these team members for the happy, friendly, and courteous team members that made any wait bearable. Corporate needs to look at this one again!

Gridley Starbucks is the slowest coffee shop in the north state. Sitting in the drive thru with 5 cars in front of me for 20 minutes. If in any bit of a hurry go get coffee at the fast trip gas station instead if you are in Gridley.

Wow. This place is fantastic I go by every other morning to get myself a breakfast nice people but my god a group of girls come here and pay for their order with change! Pennies and nickels I’m talking about. So if you happen to get there when people aren’t scrounging the ends of the earth with change to pay for a 3 dollar drink it’s not to bad of a spot.

I honestly avoid this location but I like how easily accessible the drive through is which is tempting but, then i remember the service and so I don’t.

The good news is… I found a Starbucks in the middle of NOWHERE… The bad news… They take forever and aren’t the friendliest… In fact… Sometimes they’re pretty rude. I get my fix though. So can’t complain all that much

You can definitely say I am a «Starbucks lover». Sometimes Drive thru can take a long time, I would estimate 4 minutes per car because there are times I have waited at least 12 minutes with two cars in front of me! Other times it was only a few minutes, majority of the time I prefer to park and go inside, much faster! Nice staff, friendly, energetic, and they smile :) Great customer service here. I love my Rewards Gold card/mobile app, I have gotten soooooo many free drinks in the past few years I can’t even count them! Store is clean inside, I love seeing their display case of all the pastries, and most of those foods/snacks do taste good even though they can be kinda pricey! There are tables outside to sit, and the location is very close to the highway on a corner intersection, you can’t miss it Hazel St/Hwy 99. Thank you to all the baristas who make my awesome drinks and coffees! I appreciate everyone there, great staff! I always look forward to trying something new! During Fall and Winter, I love their Hot Chocolate with a warmed up chocolate croissant on a cold day(very comforting). They have excellent Hot Chocolate and I really enjoy all their Seasonal/Winter items! Starbucks is well known brand and very convenient, probably the best thing that ever happened to lil ol’ Gridley, CA.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. They took forever to make an iced tea(all they have to do is pour) and they made everyone’s drinks out of order so that the guy who came in ten mins after me got his drink before mine.

On the 3 hour drive from Chico back to the Bay Area I got hungry. I was also 8 months pregnant so I was extra hungry. We pulled up to the drive thru and I realized that my truck barely fit in the lane. I was scarred I was going to get stuck. I wanted one of their hot sandwiches to go with my decaf iced Americano but their oven wasnt working. The Starbucks hot sandwiches are apparently inedible if they are not hot. So its been conveyed from the employees when Ive asked. At this point my sister jumped out of my truck and went inside the store to use the bathroom. I got my iced coffee and a muffin instead. My son got a chocolate milk and a muffin too. Their parking lot is dark and if it wasn’t in the middle of farm country I would have been scurd but there was nothing for miles and I wasn’t to freaked out. So no sandwich for me just a Blueberry Muffin for the long, long drive home.

I love you Drive-Thru! This Starbucks was a much needed business in Gridley & I’m glad it’s been able to sustain itself in this town of failing businesses. Staff is always kind, the business is absolutely immaculately clean. I stop by and get something every time I come to visit family

You gotta appreciate a Starbucks with a drive-thru, but the challenge with running a drive-thru is that you gotta get the order right. Otherwise the customer is back on the road before he/she realizes something is wrong. And you know how those Starbucks customers can be… So, long story short, an eggnog latte was ordered, we got back on the road, and the lack of eggnog was discovered. That darn flavoring cost a good amount extra, and I was none too pleased with them for forgetting it. The end.
