McDonald’s

I barely ever write reviews in Unilocal,but I feel like this particular McDonald’s deserves some praise. Every time I go to the drive thru there, the employees are very fast and courteous. Very friendly. I just want to say thank you:) Good job:)

«It’s McDonald’s,» I said to myself. «They’re all the same so it can’t be that bad right?»
Boy was I wrong. This one IS that much worse.
I got a McMuffin, hash brown, and iced coffee through the drive-​through. The service literally sucked butt. First and foremost– they didn’t even talk to me at the window, let alone provide ketchup. It’s a first world problem, I know, but after having the Mickey D generic dry hash brown and barebones McMuffin, I then had the pleasure of discovering that they didn’t even bother to give me a straw for my coffee… Which was more like 95% international delight, 4% ice, and maybe 1% diluted coffee. Gross.
I agree with all of the other reviews– this place sucks. I’d rather starve on my commute next time than come back. Hell, I probably wouldn’t even trust them with an order of soda… how in the world do you forget a straw??!

The staff and service sucks. A lot of horseplay and cursing. The food is always incorrect and the wait is a least 10 minutes or more.

Went here this morning for breakfast and was appalled by the service. After waiting at the drive thru microphone for five minutes the person working it came on and said «You can drive to the window». After placing my order I was then informed that they could only accept cash, which wasn’t a problem because I had cash on me but it probably angered many people who didn’t. Lastly, after getting my food, half of what i order wasn’t in the bag or on the receipt. This wasn’t even my worst experience at this location, and it probably won’t be the last for one!!!

They r hatching the egg for an egg and sausage biscuit!!!
Never again will I stop here. Waiting now for almost 15 minutes. Talk about NOT FAST FOOD!!!

Wow, this is potentially the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. My 8 yr old son and I came here to eat at 5:45 on a Saturday eve. When we arrived, I have NEVER seen a more disgusting Play Place EVER at a McD’s.
Every single table was completely covered in trash, there were squashed fries all around the playset itself, there was pools of spilt drinks all over the place and the Emerency Alarm was going off and NO ONE was doing ANYTHING.
I told this to the manager who was courteous and relatively professional, but immediately indicated that she had just arrived, so it wasn’t her fault and instead of making this a priority, sent one, single poor employee to take care of the entire issue.
She had been working on it for 45 minutes when we left. Frankly, whether she had just arrived or not, I fully expect a manager to take responsibility and SHE should have been in there cleaning.
It was truly disgusting. We are NEVER coming back here, SHAME on McD’s for allowing a franchise that would allow a place for OUR CHILDREN to be this nasty.

What can I say, its McDonalds. They are pretty much the same where ever you go. I will admit though that out of the several dozen or so times that I have been to this particular location they only messed my order up one time. But that is pretty good compared to other McD’s across the nation.
In short don’t expect anything like Dantes Kitchen or Commanders Palace, its just fast food Ya Dig!
