Great experience! I have never used a computer repair place, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very impressed. They quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired it before the day was out. They also returned the used part in the new box so I know the work was done. Everyone was polite and professional. Thanks, A Prompt!
