rude customer service over the phone. unwilling to help me find out if something was in stock before I drove out to the store.

Good prices, lots of stuff. Some of the prices were kind of high. I found several things that were new in the original package with the original store price tag, but Salvation army put their own price tag on the item with a higher price than the original sale price. I brought this up with a clerk, who told me «well, everything is half price today.» And with the half price sale, the stuff was a good value. The selection was better than at most thrift shops. If I lived nearby I’d probably shop here regularly. Parking was not ideal, since the store shares the lot with tons of other stores, so it was pretty full on a Saturday.

This store is a gem hidden away in a storefront in Gresham. Sort through the merchandise for name brand clothing, shoes, purses and collectibles — all at rock bottom prices. But the best this about this Salvation Army Thrift Store is the employees. They CARE! They understand SERVICE! Thanks.

I rarely am willing to buy furniture new. I find that Salvation Army in general has a lot more good furniture than Goodwill. I stop by this Salvation Army whenever I am looking for something in the furniture department. I usually find the staff helpful and flexible. Terrance called me at home when a little loveseat I wanted was not picked up by the lady who said she wanted it, so I could give a credit card number to hold it. My other favorite Salvation Army for furniture is the Sandy store.

Not as picked through as closer in thrift stores and a pretty large selection. The staff can be rude sometimes and some of the prices are unfairly marked up.

Best thrift store. Love the staff there. Always friendly, good finds if you are willing to look!
