Boyfriend needed his car towed ASAP. Paid 100 dollars in advance and was told ETA of 60 – 90 minutes. 4 hours later…

BEWARE! They take your car, destroy it and try to hide it from you! Police had to be involved! Do NOT use! The «business» address is an apartment complex!

Worst tow company EVER!!! Don’t use them! They said they would take my car at 4PM on a Friday and deliver it 17 miles by 6PM. I waited, they called to say they were running late, and I told them the car needed to be delivered on Friday (Not taken to their lot). Saturday came with no phone call & the car was never delivered. Address is some sketchy house. Monday finally came, & still the car was not delivered. I had left many messages & finally had to call the police to report it stolen. Finally at 1PM on Monday they called me back and had a million excuses as to why the vehicle was not dropped off. Finally at 7PM I called them to see if they had dropped it off, and the guy Mike screamed at me saying I was fucking rude. I told him we would be getting a different tow company at this point & he would not give me the address where my vehicle was. I had to get the police involved again. Turns out he parked my car at some random apartment complex. He didn’t want to tell me where the car was because it was badly damaged. The back bumper was torn off of the car! Don’t use them unless you want headache, excuses, and a damaged car!

So thankful for Kevin at a Rapid Response Towing! We were stranded in Cascade Locks and were only able to give vague directions to where we were. Despite the rain, he searched and was able to find us! Also brought us back to our campsite since our truck had to get towed to the repair shop which was closed. Thanks again Kevin! Much aloha!
