LMD automotive and detailing

They are so rude. I was driving with my family over an hour to their place because they had a vehicle for sale and said I could buy it first thing in the morning because the previous evening was to late (he represented himself as a private seller, not a business) but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, he said he sold the night before. I said «yes, to me. I’m the one you talked to on the phone and we agreed to meet this morning and you texted me your address. He said «oh yeah, I sold it to someone right after I got off the phone with you.» Why was it too late for me but not someone else, and why didn’t he at least call me?!? I don’t understand how they think it’s ok to do this to people. No regard for customers at all!
