Overall, couldn’t imagine a better contractor. We used Kyle for a bathroom remodel, which included asbestos removal(outsourced), full gut and moving of toilet, sink, and bath location. He’s very good with infrastructure knowledge, design knowledge, and execution. It’s hard to find a contractor that can do all three well. He actually brought in an architect to ensure the integrity of the ceiling joists even though we had no other need for an architect. Here’s a list of positives, which includes his specialists(ie. plumber, electrician, workers): 1) Trustworthy in all regards, 2) Very knowledgeable with regards to the infrastructure(i.e. behind the walls… the piece that is critical to long-term quality), 3) Has a good eye for design posibilities, and the details, which people fail to consider beforehand, 4) Respectful and nice. Cleaned up each night, 5) Hit his stated deadlines… worked their butts off every second, 6) Very good tile work(does his own tile work… we used sandstone and he rounded edges very nicely), 7) Commuicates well to ensure expectations are met, and 8) Quality and results were excellent. With contractors, sometimes the rubber meets the road when there’s a dispute, which there always is a handful with any contract work. We only had one small dispute, but after 5 minutes of thinking about the issue, he called me back and we came to the perfect solution. After half a year, we asked him to come take a look at a small caulking problem that the steam was causing and he came out immediately and fixed it, including figuring out how to eliminate the issue going forward. We’ve had experience with other contractors and we’ve interviewed quite a few. So we have some basis of experience to state that Kyle is one of the best ones out there for bathroom, or similar, remodels.
