Gresham Central Apartments

We’ve lived in a 2 bedroom here for about a year and a half now. The location is excellent — walking distance to the Gresham Central Transit Center and many different stores and restaurants — and management is very friendly. Rent is very reasonable and we are even on the month-​to-​month lease.
Now for the bad:
Security — let me first clarify that I have only lived in secure-​access apartments and a house until now. So it was incredibly terrifying to me when someone tried to get into our apartment. Our car was also broken into once.
Apartment Design — the light switches are all counter-​intuitive and the windows are often difficult to open. For the first year we would step in random areas where the carpet staples stabbed our feet.
