We were so lucky to find Judy and Becky. Judy answered the phone the day before Thanksgiving and we could immediately tell that she was the kind of person who would take the best care of our rental in northern Greenville. Best Choice had to do a lot of work to get the rental back on the market. Judy took pictures to document the work, kept me appraised on the progress and consulted with me where appropriate, ALWAYS looked for ways to reduce expenses while never cutting corners and provided us with detailed expense receipts when it was all done. Best Choice got it rented for a higher rent than we were getting before and within a month despite all the holidays. We are VERY impressed with Best Choice and would highly recommend them to everyone – you won’t find a harder working team than Judy and Becky!

I have been working with Judy for the past 5 years. I am very blessed and lucky to have found a professional hard working person I can confide in to help rent my home. I travel for a living and not in the same state I own my house. One of my major concerns is to have a family who will care for my house as it is their home. Well, Judy makes it happen. She qualifies and keeps me posted on all screening and always gives me a sense of relieve when she finds a great tenant who is responsible. The turn around time with renting my home from one tenant to another is less then a month. She cares to also not allow the owner to lose money and is so attentive to details that sometimes she just thinks for you resulting in making your home look better hence renting faster. Simply one word — AMAZING. I highly recommend Best Choice Property Management and Judy Buss. Choose her!
