I agree with Steve S., if I could give negative stars I would. I took in 4 dresses — 2 are not not clean but the charge was $ 51! The poor girl at the counter doesn’t have authority to process refunds & manager won’t be in until Monday (today is Sat.). Ridiculous! Won’t be back!

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! This has got to be the worst laundry ever. Every single time I have used them I have to re-​iron my shirts, c’mon, 2.50 a shirt and I have to iron them before I can actually wear them, give me a break!!! Then there are the broken buttons, hello? The only good thing, the very nice lady at the front, as for the manager, go do something else where you don’t work directly with people, your attitude stinks!
