We stopped at this location on Sunday afternoon. There was only 1 person working and he was helping another customer. He greeted us and said it would be «just a few minutes». At 30 minutes there were 2 additional customers also waiting. At 40 minutes we finally left without being helped. All the employee needed to say to us WHEN WE FIRST WALKED IN was «I’m probably going to be about 30 minutes. We could have made a much better decision about waiting. When we were walking out the door the employee told us to have a nice day. By that time we weren’t in the mood for what seemed to us to be a smart answer. There are too many Verizon locations for us to go back here. Very disappointing!
