Only because it won’t let me go lower! Michael the store manager told me that to preorder my new phone that you must go through sprint cares. So I call and the prerecorded message from sprint says to contact any sprint store. So I call sprint and am told I am not on the plan that allows for the upgrade until my lease is up. if I call back in 6 months they would be able to help me get an upgrade ahead of time. Even though the salesman from this location stated that «your getting the iPhone for life plan, whenever a new phone comes out you’ll be able to get it». But here I am with terrible service and flat out being lied to on different occasions. Don’t even get me started on the free maintenance they told me about as well I will avoid this location at all cost and I would suggest that you do too!

Everyone working at this store is always helpful and very courteous. If this were not the case, I would cancel my Sprint contract because I have not found the same high quality customer service at other stores.

The staff in this store are such a rarity in the world of mobile phone customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and help you in a no-​pressure kind of way. 30 minutes in this store made me SO GLAD that I decided to ditch AT&T.
When I came in I already knew what phone I wanted. The sales associate helped me pick out accessories for my phone and set everything up for me. He told me about a port-​in credit, which I’d never heard about, which basically means that Sprint paid me $ 125 to keep my phone number and dumps AT&T for me. After that rebate and the mail-​in rebate on my phone my phone was practically free. (And I got the HTC evo 4g, not some rinky dinky phone.) The associate also transferred my contacts over from my old phone and basically made the whole process painless for me. I’m completely happy with my wireless service provider and I’ve never been able to say that before.

No complaints here. They have a small very friendly staff. They’ll answer all your questions and make sure your satisfied. Steve, the manager, runs the store very well. I have been there multiple times and definitely recommend it. I’ve been to a few Sprint stores including the one up the road from this one, but this one stands out as the best. No gimmicks, just helping you with your phone.
