Mattress Firm Clearance

I bought a King mattress here for around $ 750 – 800. I am 125 lbs and within 18 months it was dipped in. Super insane and I called and was told that it was two months out of the warranty. Now 3 years later it squeaks like the coils rotted or something. Everytime I moved from my sunked in mattress it wakes me up. Being a single mother of two its hard to justify RE purchasing mattresses. Tisk Tisk Guys, Stick to name brands with 10 year warranties not HERE

100 night guarantee is not worth it. We knew we would have to pay a fee to have the mattress picked up but we did not know about the restocking fee. I’m not a fan of hidden fees. Experience in the store was ok. Phillip was our sales representative he was not high pressure which was nice but definitely not enthusiastic. Mattress was terrible. We were assured that the mattress cover did not have a rubber backing which we already had one and removed it because of temperature. When we arrived home I opened it to realize it had a rubber backing. Our overall experience was not great. I’m not sure if we would return it’s definitely not fun to find out about hidden costs.

good prices and good service. better than some of these fly by night places who are here today and gone tomorrow and leave you without a warranty when they shut their doors. been there done that.

The salesman, Tom, was helpful and got me a good deal on a nice mattress. He didn’t balk at my very budget price range, just went right to work trying to find a good match. In fact, after quite a bit of shopping around, I found they had more mattress under $ 500 than almost every place I went (including a 50% off sale at Sears). The shopping experience was low-​pressure and I was never made to feel rushed.
The mattress was scheduled for delivery between 7 and 10 pm. Their delivery service had a truck break down, so they didn’t arrive until nearly midnight. Once they arrived, the delivery folks were professional and courteous, even working two hours past their usual quitting time. They were in and out in about 10 minutes and took away our old mattress and springs.
The fact that the delivery service couldn’t be bothered to call within the delivery window to let me know what was going on is what keeps me from giving this store five stars. I would certainly consider them for my next mattress purchase, regardless.

I had high expectations for this place, but was really disappointed. The sales rep was a bit turned off by our price point and wasn’t very helpful. Everything in the store was way over our price point except for some sad mattresses sitting in the corner. I guess I was also expecting a larger selection. You can find better deals and quality here in Indy…

We had a good experience here. We shopped at all of the local mattress stores, and they had the best price.
