My husband surprised me and took me to Andrew’s to upgrade my original engagement ring for our 15th wedding anniversary. Ashley helped us and I am beyond excited that she was able to help me pick out the ring of my dreams! I would recommend Ashley at Andrew Jewelers. She can sense a jewelry style you’ll be unable to live without and make sure you leave feeling like royalty.

My fiancé and I had been to several other jewelry stores before coming to Andrew. Upon meeting Ashley and Shannon we knew this is where we wanted to bring our business. They helped us find the perfect engagement ring and were very good at helping my fiancé keep it a secret from me! The customer service is outstanding and the staff is always extremely friendly. Shannon and Ashley did an excellent job at making our engagement ring shopping positive and memorable!

My fiancé and I got engaged a week ago, and he proposed with his grandma’s vintage engagement ring. The ring didn’t fit me perfectly, so we took it to Andrew’s Jewelers to get resized. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assured us that the ring would be done by Wednesday, 4 days from the time we brought it in. We got a call on Monday (2 days sooner) that it was ready for us to pick up. It fit perfectly, and honestly it didn’t even look like the same ring because they had cleaned it so beautifully. Hands down, I would recommend this place!

I’ve been here a couple of times with my fiancée looking for rings for our upcoming wedding. The selection for the bride is very good while the selection of rings for the groom is adequate. The sales staff was very friendly, helpful and we did not feel pressured in any way.
We found very nice rings for both of us and we are both very happy with our selections. It would be nice to see a better selection of watches.

I always stop by Andrews when looking at or forJewelry. The service is almost always well above standard and I always leave feeling like I get a deal. This location is clean and efficient, but gets busy. I wandered in when there wasn’t anyone there. by the time I left there a line of a few people.
The one complaint I have is their new VIP program or whatever the club name is. Being a member of it gives you interest free on your purchases. Not much of a benefit in my opinion. I pay cash so I don’t see the benefit. unless you negotiate well and get them to throw in some extra.
Overall a good experience and i’ll be back!
