Hooray — a great yoga studio in the tech center. Great for me when I get off of work, get a little namaste before the drive back downtown. The teachers are nice and knowledgeable. I wish some of the classes were a bit more intense and perhaps a bit more meditation but I really enjoy the vinyasa and slow flow classes. If you’re looking for something ultra relaxing I recommend their relax, rejuvenate and renew class. I did a groupon deal and then went out of the country and then work has taken over (NY resolution already burned :(!!)

I’m a work in process with the yoga thing. I’m finding I quite like it and am working on getting better. The people at Yama Yoga seem very understanding of this and are willing to give my knees and myself a little extra attention. Very friendly, helpful people. I bought a groupon for $ 59 for 20 classes, what a deal!

Yama Yoga is a very nice studio and you’ll always be greeted personally. I’ve been going about once a week for 3 months and really enjoy my classes. It’s conveniently located, has a good choice of class styles, and holds special events occasionally. Signed up yesterday for a 6-​class pack and got a class free; that was very nice!

I got a groupon to this yoga studio and have been very pleased. My first experience was with Emmi who was super friendly and very helpful. The class are all very diverse and the instructors all pleasant. Two thumbs up!
