Tend

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement from Tend and it was absolutely stunning! When I called to make the order they guided me through the flower options and helped me create such a dreamy and unique arrangement. There is always a little bit of apprehension when ordering over the phone because you never know what you are going to get. Needless to say when the arrangement arrived this morning it was absolutely. It has the perfect combination of architectural greens the soft spring florals. Thank you so much Tend, I will be ordering from you from now on!

Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience at Tend. It took them almost a full month to get me a quote… Then it was very over priced. I ended up getting a quote from another florist for ¹⁄₃ of the price!!! And for the same exact thing. They are not the best with communication and seem a bit disorganized. I also felt disrespected by them. They do have a very beautiful shop and great design ideas, but I wouldn’t recommend this florist. At least not for a wedding.

Amy was fantastic! She was so helpful, even texting photos of possible planters for the gorgeous Hydrangea I ordered for my grandmother, and went above-​and-​beyond with same-​day delivery. Thank you!

I went into Tend to buy flowers for a funeral. Not only did they put together the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, they were kind & compassionate as well. They gave me more than what I was expecting. The flowers were abundant and so beautifully arranged. I highly recommend Tend & they are local! I like to buy local & Tend was great!

I came in last night needing a bouquet for a special girl’s mother. I don’t know much about flowers, but the owner was extremely helpful and created a gorgeous bouquet that was perfect! Much much much better than flowers from the grocery store and she came in well under the budget I gave her! I will definitely be back!

Kimberlee at Tend has been absolutely wonderful to work with! I highly recommend Tend for weddings and special events– they are the best.

Absolutely love this store! Great customer service (Lanie’s especially awesome!) and awesome products (both floral and home).
Not quite sure why Kymberli had something negative to say about the customer service, since the new management’s goal is great customer service. You can tell by Sandi’s reply to her post that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
As for the store itself, I would describe it as a wealthy woman’s paradise (not to say that your everyday person can’t shop there and find good deals too!). The store is full of exotic antiques from Italy and other areas of Europe. The owner hand selects all of the products in the store and it appears that she has done some partnerships with local antique «pickers.»
Some of my favorite products in the shop are the Gurgle Pots, Italian Pottery (not the cheap TJ Maxx stuff, it’s actually hand picked in Italy) and the antique tables. One of the tables in there used to be used as a carpenters bench (not sure on that though, maybe the owner can verify with a comment and say if it’s still in stock). Anyways, it is set up as a long table that could be used for a game room or just a front room piece.
Overall everything in the store from the aroma, music and people make it an awesome experience. It’s locally owned, so it doesn’t have the corporate vibe and you can actually talk to the owner to hear the story about the pieces. I’m not much of a flower guy, but I assume they are pretty awesome as well!

We loved this store when it was the Plum Gallery. The new owners seem to need a course in customer service. Not only was my order incorrect, I got a lecture on how I could have given them more time for the order. When I commented on the brown spots on the the white rose, the women plucked it out and said «how about now?» Really? I will find another locally owned business to support for my floral needs.

Wow, what an awesome store! I was invited to the grand opening of Tend Home /​Garden /​Floral that just opened today.
The store has some really cool home furnishings and accessories that can be used inside or outside on your patio or for the garden. They also are a full service florist that has some very nice plants and does some very creative floral designs for weddings or special events/​occasions.
The furnishings in here are pretty cool and different than what you find in most places. Great for finding a unique piece that can really stand out in your home.
They also have a loft of gift items such as candles, and scent diffusers and other great things for the person that has everything (think birthdays, mother’s day etc).
Check it out as it is different than the typical florist or home accessory store!
