I’ve always loved this place and now even more so! The food is great and they’ve hired new staff who are quick and competent. Today’s visit was outstanding, service was prompt and friendly. Ask for Jesse’s section, he was great!

We had a great lunch today! I had a cheeseburger. My wife a fish sandwich. Our daughter the salmon. Despite the diversity of our choices, we were all equally pleased. And Zak our server anticipated our needs… we never had to ask for anything. Looking forward to our next meal(s) there.

Finally decided to stop in here for dinner after many lunches over the years. have to say the first thing that impressed me was our server Matt. He seemed to know all of the answers without hesitation. He also made a great recommendation on the delmonico ribeye which will now be my new favorite in town. Craig the manager came out to deliver our food and pointed out that my wife’s dish had the sauce on it rather than on the side but said they had already started a new one and still let her try out the dish while the new dish was prepared. I don’t know that we would have given the sauce a second thought but was very impressed that they admitted a mistake and took the steps to correct before even delivering our food. Really impressed by both Matt and Craig and the service and food as a whole.

We were disappointed in our recent visit. Service was great! Otherwise the burger was not cooked to order and flavor not good. Fries just edible. Mojito tasted off, meat loaf not well flavored, mashed potatoes steam table tired and everything covered in salty brown gravy stuff. Probably not going back

The food was good but the service was sub-par. Two of us arrived at about 7:00PM and were promptly seated but had to wait at least 15 minutes trying to get the attention of our server who passed by us numerous times, and seemed to ignore our presence. We finally had to get up and complain to the hostess, but still had to wait about 5 minutes before our server acknowledged us. Her excuse was she didn’t know we had been seated. After we ordered, our food arrived promptly but in the case of the entre’s, my friend and I were only halfway through our salad when our steaks arrived. My friend ordered his steak medium and it came out medium rare. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out rare. The server offered to send them back but at that point, we decided just to eat what was served. It was a real disappointment since my experience with other Ted’s restaurants has been consistently good.

Decent but nothing stands out about it. Denver has much better restaurants that serve similar food. For example, you can get the best bison chill right across the street.

I have only eaten at this location for lunch, but it was great. The sandwiches are great and so are the burgers. When you are here, I recommend getting anything in bison. It is a little more than the beef for good reason. It is always cooked perfectly and delicious. Love Ted’s.

I was recently in town with my wife for Thanksgiving, and decided to stop by Ted’s to try a bison steak. I got the Delmonico Ribeye in Bison. The service and the food was great, although, the bison experience was not the best. The meat has a iodine-y, organ meat after taste. I think I’ll stick to beef. On another note, try their Salt and Pepper Onion Rings. The batter is delicious, golden and crunchy. I would love to stop in again. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. Warms you right up on a cold day.

Ok it was just ok I mean for a steak place it was very very good but the problem was I decided on having the fish which was utter poop but it started getting better with the service quality and how good it actually was. Maybe if I had the steak I would’ve probably given it a 5 but I mean a 5 star restaurant must be able to deliver great food no matter how good the other food is. XxPrevinxX

Service was decent and the food was ok. Nothing spectacular but nothing too bad either. Seems to be a run of the mill chain type restaurant… think of it as an Outback with bison on the menu but food quality is about the same. Décor is nicer than an outback but décor doesn’t make a restaurant in my opinion it’s the food. Don’t come here looking to be impressed.

My first time going to a Ted’s was not a disappointment. I ordered the«Red Rock» bison burger and it was really good. The meat was so tender and cooked just right. The toppings were a bit lacking though. The service was wonderful and the waiter did everything in their power to make us happy. The downside to this location is that the space was limited and cramped. It was a puzzle just trying to make it to the restroom. Otherwise it was a good place to dine.

Ay chihuahua, this place is more expensive than I thought it would be! I’ve had decent experiences here both times I’ve been but nothing outstanding, especially when I see the bill. I know they have bison and nice selection on their menu but the frugal girl in me just can’t justify spending $ 15 on a burger, much less one that doesn’t come with a soup or salad beforehand or bottomless fries or kale salad – throw me a bone! I dig that they have a Skinny Dip Burger, basically a burger with a bun with avocado, tomato and kale salad plus their complimentary pickles are always nice and service has always been top notch but those three things can’t make me a total fan. It’s especially sad working across the street from here because it would be a great lunch spot but no lunch specials so yeah, I won’t come back unless I have a gift certificate and thats being generous. They may be hurting soon since theres a burger spot being built three doors down from them in the old Ali Baba’s space so hopefully Teds will step up their game and offer food at a more reasonable price. Until then, it’s time to leach on to the money makers at work and hope for an expensed lunch!

A standard barbeque chain. The New Mexico bison burger just tasted like a normal beef burger, just less flavorful, relying heavily on portion size and a whole ton of toppings to cover it’s nearly $ 20 price tag. Both desserts we tried felt like they were pre-packaged and frozen. I was not overall terribly impressed. The place also has a very«chain-restaurant» feel, you walk in and the first thing you see is a glass case full of merchandise. Wouldn’t come again, probably even if the prices were okay.

This place is so hot and cold so I had to give it 3 stars. 3 stars for having a perfect experience one time and 3 subpar experiences. It’s just a tough place to figure out. I’ve written in a couple times. One time, they even sent me vouchers to return and we did. Still, it just felt like the waitstaff did not care about the table they were serving, including us. The food comes out nice and hot. On the other hand, we seem to get the waiter or waitress to conveniently forget things. This has happened all but once. I haven’t heard more apologies in a restaurant experience up till now. In any case, your experience will vary and sometimes it will be a bipolar experience. Strap in and buckle up and try to enjoy the ride.

Dinner here was lovely. Our Waiter was very fun too. We all ordered Bison, two people got the ribs and they looked to-die-for. I got the pot roast & my hubby had a steak. Both of ours were cooked beautifully and tasted great.

I always want to love this place, and our office is so close that it’s a convenient pick, but oye — the service can be so slow! I’m typically not in a rush to get in and out of restaurants when dining out, but I think you need to be cognizant of the work crowd and that people actually do need to get back to the office. And to no fault of Ted’s — I seem to just be getting tired of the heavy menus — especially at lunch time. The burgers, the sliders, the nachos, etc., so I have a hard time finding something on the menu that appeals to me. I ended up setting for the soup & salad which was underwhelming as expected. Maybe I need to try this place at dinner, but even still — I’m hesitant. And because this place isn’t cheap — if I’m going to shell out that much dough, I may as well head on over to Morton’s for one of the best burgers ever, or Elway’s that has the best bison ribeye ever.

I have been to Ted’s many many times, particularly the one in DTC. And truthfully, both the service and the food are always inconsistent. Tonight I had the worst meal I’ve ever had there, and I will not be going back. Over $ 50+ completely wasted. We got some food to-go, 2 dinners of beef filets, potatoes, and asparagus. The asparagus was so grainy I literally could not eat more than 1 piece. Whatever kind of salt they used is absolutely terrible and felt like I was chewing on sand. My beef filet had an incredibly weird taste to it, like bloody or mineral-like, I honestly can’t describe it. Maybe it was old? Maybe it was a bad cut of the meat? For sure the worst steak I’ve had. Worse than Outback Steakhouse, kid you not. The little bread roll was super hard and also soggy from being inside the to-go box with the other food. The sweet potato was only thing worth eating. Seriously the management at this place needs a fixer-upper, or they need new restaurant staff all together, because every other time I come to Ted’s it’s either disappointing because of the food, or disappointing because of the service. The only thing that has kept me coming back is the bison and that’s just not enough anymore.

Love Ted’s! The burgers are fantastic(try the #11) and the bison chili is great(Make certain you get the cheese and fresh jalapeños on the side). Service at this location can be spotty, but the free pickles help overcome this. For desert you’ve got to try the fresh cookies. They’re soft/moist… A must!

You just can’t go wrong with a Ted’s. Great prime rib. Trust that if nothing else. I met some friends here for dinner on a Saturday night. I arrived early and sat at the bar for a drink. I ordered a Manhattan and it was made very well. The bartender, host, and server were all very nice and accommodating. The prime rib was what I ordered, and I was very happy with it. I also really liked the broccoli I chose as my side, it was seasoned lightly and very fresh. They have consistently good food, and I’ve never had a bad experience at any Ted’s. This was my first trip to this particular franchise, but I’m likely to return.
