I’ve been here a few times now, but decided they get 5-stars based on my experience this morning. I always use the Starbucks app when paying for my beverages, but this morning — my phone died! And I had 20%+ battery… what the heck! Anyway, I was completely mortified, but told the barista I’d run out to my car really quick to get my wallet and she said, «no worries — it’s on me today.» Umm, what?! I always hear about kindness like this, but it never happens to me! What a great way to start the day. I definitely felt bad because it was such a silly reason for not being able to pay at that moment, but I totally appreciate the gesture. I will certainly be back and have declared this my new Starbucks of choice!

CAUTION — STAFFNEEDTOTAKESANITARYPRECAUTIONSOFILLNESSESSPREADBYFLIESSERIOUSLY — Pointed out several flies landing on all the pastries in their pastry case — staff & management worked together to open both front/back of pastry case to let flies out — we asked when they were going to dispose of pastries as patrons can become ill from the flies & they needed to disinfect pastry case — they lied stating it was just a display pastry case & pastries were not served from there — when we picked up our coffee drinks; we saw the people behind us were served their pastries from the very same pastry case the flies were spreading their germs upon — STAFFNEEDTOTAKESANITARYPRECAUTIONSOFILLNESSESSPREADBYFLIESSERIOUSLY — What is next, ignoring rodent droppings? If I could give this place a negative review actually would. I’ve been here twice in the last couple months this being the second time hoping that it would replace the first time’s feelings with positive ones. After going there today just like last time the staff is just plain rude. I wish there was a better word for saying rude times infinity but there isn’t. There’s no real descriptive word to explain the consistent monotone self serving staff that are in there. I’m sorry Starbucks you have failed at this location to bring aroma filled excitement in the air and pleasant greetings with community members. Go up the street past 25 to the drive thru Starbucks. They are much more pleasant and enjoyable staff/atmosphere.

This location has always been fast and friendly, but it is a smaller Starbucks with a grab-n-go feel. Nonetheless, there is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, but it’s always somewhat busy. There are always a lot of business looking people here, and so this location is less of a «chill coffee house» than other Starbucks locations. The food items are well stocked and nicely presented, and the staff is engaging if you try. The coffee has always been on par, no complaints.

I usually get great service and perfect drinks. Today, the drive-thru line was exceptionally long. When I got to the window, I sat for quite awhile waiting for a no whip soy white mocha. The server was polite and efficient but it became awkward as we sat having not much else to talk about while someone was making the coffee. I got it and almost spit it out after the first drink. It was disgusting and tasted like a hot soy milk with a ton of chocolate syrup inside. Not what I was expecting or what I paid for. From now on, it’s 303 Coffee for me.

They didn’t screw up my order, but they barely knew I was there. A three way convo between the staff was more important than customer contact…

Not busy today. Surprise. My iced coffee was strong but today I guess I was not in the mood or I really didn’t feel good enough for coffee. I drank it straight then added cream then a sugar substitute and finally I just gave up. Into the trash it went.

It’s Starbucks. What is there really to say? I must be getting used to visiting craft coffee houses because I am starting to be repulsed by the smell inside Starbucks as a whole. This store had a strong aroma of burnt mixed with melted plastic and it is very off putting. Sad. However, it is still an easy go-to place for a quick drink and sit down when you aren’t familiar with an area or where a craft coffee house is located. That is the justification for the middle of the road rating. The people at this store were incredibly nice though!

I give this SB4 out of 5 for the following reasons: PROS: They move quickly. I usually hit up the drive thru because I am on my way

Closest one to work and always crowded as to be expected in DTC — definitely a smaller location so not unusual to see a line to the door. Staff is nice enough and there are a few tables outside for prime people watching. Other than that it is Starbucks!
